Analysis And Application Of Traditional Culture In IP Creative Design

Humanity is moving into a new era of digital civilization,and traditional culture is facing constant submersion in the era of fragmentation.In this situation,the combination of Chinese traditional culture and IP image becomes an ideal way to link traditional culture to the digital civilization era,and the IPization of traditional culture can retain its cultural characteristics to the greatest extent.This thesis firstly explains the development of IP image and the characteristics of Chinese traditional culture,analyzes the connection between Chinese traditional culture and IP image,and the IP construction as the core of cultural production method to skillfully integrate art and commerce is a kind of innovation and promotion of traditional culture.Then,by analyzing the visual,value and derivative characteristics of IP images,we can find that IP images have natural advantages in spreading brand images and cultural characteristics.Therefore,with the advantages of IP image,combining the characteristics of Chinese traditional culture to create IP image with unique cultural characteristics is conducive to brand image building and the development of cultural industry.The author selected the Tang Dynasty costumes in Chinese traditional culture for specific research and analysis,deeply explored the Tang Dynasty costume images and cultural features,integrated the Tang Dynasty costume features into modern style to design unique series of Tang Dynasty character IP images,and then used the IP images as the core,with children as the audience,relying on different cultural and creative contents to create H5,Tang Dynasty children’s gouache doodle drawing book series of cultural creative derivatives,aiming to let young generation to better understand and inherit traditional Chinese culture.
