In this century,Unmanned Surface Vehicle(USV)has become a "new star" in the field of Marine science and technology reserves due to its advantages of flexibility and wide application fields.The good comprehensive navigation performance can ensure the safe navigation of USV in all kinds of conditions.The superiority and inferiority of navigation performance need to be analyzed through the evaluation system.However,the evaluation of ship navigation performance is mainly based on single performance evaluation,and there are some problems such as single evaluation index and too strong subjectivity of weight,so only single performance evaluation can no longer meet the requirements of the analysis of ship navigation performance.Therefore,how to evaluate the navigation performance of USV in wind and wave environment scientifically and reasonably is an important problem in practical engineering application,which is of great significance to the healthy development of USV industry.In this paper,the navigation performance of USV is taken as the research object,it constructs the navigation performance comprehensive index system of USV and proposes the navigation performance evaluation method of USV.Designed the navigation performance test and evaluation system of USV,and completed the real ship test and evaluation verification.It provides reference for the subsequent relevant research and technological development.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall evaluation framework is designed to solve the problem of insufficient single performance evaluation.Complete the evaluation index analysis and selection,and establish the navigation performance comprehensive index system of USV.And determine the range of evaluation index criterion.Combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on combination weighting is constructed.It provides theoretical support for the navigation performance evaluation of USV.(2)In order to meet the purpose of navigation performance evaluation of USV,the navigation performance test and evaluation system of USV is designed.The system includes two parts: hardware and software.According to the specific test requirements,the hardware part mainly consists of controllers,intelligent sensing,signal transmission and other sensors that meet the functional requirements of the system.The software part is based on the information integrated service system.The navigation performance database is built as the center,and the local monitoring station,cloud platform,cloud server and cloud database are built into a comprehensive test and evaluation system that integrates "information interworking and efficient sharing",so as to improve resource utilization efficiency and enhance system scalability.Through the function verification of the system,the feasibility and rationality of the whole test and evaluation system are proved.(3)Aiming at the navigation performance test and evaluation of USV,the test process and overall test scheme are designed,and each performance test scheme is refined.Firstly,based on the test scheme and test system,the real ship performance test is carried out,and the results show that the navigation performance of the USV conforms to the standard category.Secondly,a comprehensive evaluation study is carried out based on the data of the real ship,and the results show that the evaluation results of the navigation performance of the USV are consistent with the reality.Finally,different model methods were used to compare and verify the sensitivity of the evaluation model.The results proved the practicability and stability of the evaluation model.
