| The Outline of the Plan for the protection, inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal Culture, issued by the General Offices of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee and The State Council, states that the construction of the Grand Canal cultural belt should "take the protection, inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal culture as the guide, and coordinate the economic and social development of the regions along the Canal".The Grand Canal(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang section)has been continuously navigable and has outstanding practical value and cultural significance in culture, economy, ecology and other aspects. At the same time,as a special cultural heritage, the characteristic historical towns of the Grand Canal(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Section)are not only the spatial carrier of the cultural inheritance of the living canal, but also the core of the regional social and economic development, and become an important negotiation point to coordinate the protection of the living canal cultural heritage and the regional economic and social development. Therefore, the study on the development strategy of characteristic historical towns in the Grand Canal Cultural Belt(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Section)is an important way to balance the relationship between the two and promote the sustainable development of the Grand Canal cultural belt.First of all, this paper starts with the analysis of the heritage characteristics of the Grand Canal(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Section)and points out that the Grand Canal(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Section),as a living canal, has always maintained close material exchange with coastal cities and affected the social and economic development of coastal cities. On this basis,by combing the historical context of the waterway of the Grand Canal(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Section)and characteristic historical towns,It is pointed out that the Grand Canal(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Section)is a heritage network represented by the regional water network, reflecting the process of regional development and prosperity. The existing linear cultural heritage protection methods can not fully meet the needs of the living canal heritage protection.By referring to the relevant theories and practices of "cultural route","linear cultural heritage" and "heritage corridor",Further expand it into "cultural network".Then,it points out that the cultural network has two attributes of "dominant and recessive",and should be constructed from the dimension of "synchronal-diachronic",and the overall research idea of "historical data research-historical information translation-establishment of spatial pattern-pattern type recombination",based on five aspects of "culture, ecology, economy, society and space".The explicit network is constructed by literature research and historical information translation, and the implicit network is constructed by typology research.Secondly, based on the overall protection needs of the cultural network of the Grand Canal(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang sections)and the goal of the construction of the Grand Canal cultural belt,it points out the specific problems of promoting the cultural protection, inheritance and utilization at the provincial level. And the overall protection and development of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang sections)can be achieved by constructing a complete and organic unified five-dimensional cross-domain collaborative governance mechanism of"ecological governance, social development, industrial cooperation, cultural co-governance and spatial integration".Finally, based on the construction of cross-domain collaborative governance mechanism, the topological correlation model of urban space is established through social network analysis method, and the development status and specific problems of characteristic historical towns of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang sections)in the aspects of "culture, ecology, economy, society and space" are visually presented in the form of quantitative analysis, and preliminary development strategies are proposed for various problems. Finally,it is integrated into the overall strategic layout of "one axis and two rings, four highlands, eight districts and five groups",which explores a tractable path for the construction of characteristic historical towns in the Grand Canal Cultural Belt(Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang section). |
