In recent years,with the promulgation of a series of standards and guidance on prefabricated steel structure buildings and EPC general contracting management by Chinese government departments,the development and promotion of prefabricated steel structure buildings and EPC general contracting management mode have been actively promoted.However,at present,prefabricated steel structure buildings in China are still in the initial stage,with a lack of relevant technical personnel in the industry,a low degree of product standardization,and a weak universality of relevant design standards,The product construction acceptance standards need to be further standardized;The EPC contractor has insufficient understanding of prefabricated steel structure buildings,the EPC contractor’s management system for prefabricated buildings is not sound,the system is not perfect,the identification of schedule risk factors is not systematic and comprehensive enough,and the effectiveness of schedule risk control is poor.As a result,prefabricated steel structure buildings under the EPC management mode cannot fully exert the advantages of short construction cycle,which has a negative impact on the promotion of prefabricated construction projects.This article takes the Y prefabricated steel structure EPC project as the research object.Firstly,it describes the project background,research purpose,and research significance,and summarizes the research status of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated steel structure buildings,large-scale EPC project management,and project schedule risk management at home and abroad,This paper expounds the respective characteristics of prefabricated steel structure projects and EPC project general contracting management,as well as the applicability and main problems of adopting EPC project general contracting management mode for prefabricated steel structure projects.Secondly,by reading a large number of literature related to prefabricated steel structure buildings,EPC general contracting management,and schedule risk management,summarizing and summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,preliminarily identified the risk factors that affect the progress of the project design,procurement(production),and construction stages under the prefabricated steel structure EPC general contracting management mode;Through interviews and questionnaires with key management personnel from various participating units of the Y fabricated steel structure project and other technical management personnel engaged in fabricated steel structure projects,risk factors for the progress of the Y fabricated steel structure EPC project were identified,and a list of risk factors for the progress of the Y fabricated steel structure EPC project was established.Thirdly,by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a progress risk evaluation model for the Y fabricated steel structure EPC project is constructed.Based on the questionnaire data,the weight value of progress risk factors at each level of the Y fabricated steel structure EPC project and the score of progress impact degree are calculated,and the magnitude of the impact of each level of risk factors on the progress of the Y fabricated steel structure EPC project is determined.Finally,based on the main schedule risk factors of the Y fabricated steel structure EPC project,scientific and reasonable project schedule risk countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide a basis for the EPC contractor to effectively reduce the construction schedule risk of the fabricated steel structure project.As the research content of this paper is mainly about Y fabricated steel structure projects,the risk research content is highly targeted,and the obtained risk evaluation results have certain limitations.Therefore,at the end of the article,several prospects for the shortcomings of the paper are proposed.This thesis uses project schedule management theories and methods to conduct an investigation and research on the schedule risk management of Y fabricated steel structure EPC projects,with the aim of fully exerting the effectiveness of EPC project general contracting management,effectively avoiding the problems of construction delay,inefficient schedule management,and poor management quality in fabricated steel structure projects,and providing certain reference and reference for other fabricated steel structure project schedule management...
