| The construction of "Digital China" requires traditional industries to combine digital technologies such as 5G,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,digital twins,and blockchain to carry out Digital transformation.Electricity,as the basic energy supply of the country,its reliable,energy-saving,and economic operation will provide guarantee for China’s development.The implementation project of substation grounding analysis software is to apply three-dimensional design and simulation calculation to substation design,thereby improving the reliability of substation grounding calculation and promoting the transformation of substation engineering construction from traditional industry digitization and intelligence.The entire project involves multi-disciplinary collaboration,multi collaborative integration,and high complexity in the application of new technologies,which requires higher requirements for project management.By adopting scientific risk management processes,project risks can be effectively managed,reducing the impact of project risks on the project,and ensuring smooth project delivery.Firstly,based on the relevant theories and methods of risk management,identify the risks existing in the project through five steps,and discover that the main risks of the project are concentrated in four aspects:environmental,technical,quality,and communication risks;Secondly,qualitative analysis of project risks is conducted using the probability impact matrix method,and the identified risks are prioritized;Once again,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),quantitative analysis and risk ranking of project risks are carried out by constructing a judgment matrix,calculating weight vectors,consistency testing,and hierarchical total ranking.It is clarified that communication risks,especially those with project units,have the highest level of risk.Finally,propose targeted risk response measures and monitoring measures.Practice has proved that the risk management method proposed in this paper has been applied in the implementation project of J Company’s substation grounding analysis software,and has achieved certain results.The impact of project risk on the project has been alleviated.The results of this study also have certain reference significance for risk management of similar projects. |
