As an important part of the ship engine room,the real-time intelligent centralized management of the ship auxiliary equipment is of great significance for the safe and stable navigation of the ship.Due to its discrete distribution and various types,the control mode of most auxiliary equipment is relatively backward at present,and there is a lack of intelligent monitoring terminal for managers;The energy consumption distribution mode of auxiliary equipment under various working conditions is extensive,and the relevant control strategy is not perfect;The intelligent level of the control system is low,and it can not realize the selfdiagnosis and self-diagnosis of sudden faults.Therefore,in order to realize the intellectualization of ship engine room and the energy saving and emission reduction of power system,the reasonable design of control system is particularly important.First of all,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the relevant design standards and laws and regulations of the intelligent control system of marine auxiliary machinery.On the basis of a comparative study of the intelligent ship specifications of classification societies in various countries,it summarizes the standards of the intelligent engine room of ships and the intelligent approach of the control system of marine auxiliary machinery.According to the design standards and implementation methods,the requirements of the intelligent centralized control system for marine auxiliary machinery are analyzed,and the specific design requirements are obtained from the system functions and equipment hardware.Secondly,adopting the concept of Distributed Control System(DCS)and combining the distribution characteristics of marine auxiliary equipment,complete the design of DCS hardware system and topology.Optimize the system structure design of fuel oil,lubricating oil separator,main lubricating oil,cylinder liner circulating water and air cooler circulating water,study the operating conditions and load characteristics of different equipment in the ship auxiliary engine,optimize their control strategies,and determine the monitoring content and IO point distribution of each system.Build the overall communication network of DCS system,use the industrial Ethernet(Ethernet/IP)protocol,and realize the ring network topology through embedded switch and ring network technology;Coordinate the communication mode between controllers to establish a fast and efficient communication network.Finally,the software development of the DCS system is carried out,including the programming of the lower computer and the software design of the upper computer.The bottom control program is mainly responsible for realizing the control logic of the field equipment of the auxiliary system,and providing the specific equipment interface for the upper computer software.The upper computer software is designed with several functional modules,mainly including real-time data acquisition module,historical data module,information communication module,human-computer dialogue module,production information query module and other auxiliary modules.The background database is responsible for storing the historical data and real-time working condition data of the ship’s auxiliary machinery,providing decision-making guidance for the intelligent control of the auxiliary machinery,and achieving good human-computer interaction function.
