| With the rapid development of computer information technology in the information age,the business philosophy and model of enterprise management must also be improved with the evolution of social production methods in the new wave of technological revolution.The enterprise background of this article is a large final assembly factory that undertakes the production mission of "the most important tool of the country".The final assembly factory has a large procurement volume and a variety of procurement types,with a high annual total procurement amount.However,the factory’s procurement fund use is unclear,the level of procurement management informatization is low,and the procurement management model is complex and backward,This led to the following problems in the factory’s management and operation of bulk commodity procurement:① The lengthy procurement cycle of bulk commodities hinders the improvement of the enterprise’s production efficiency;②The feedback on the use of enterprise funds lags behind,leading to the risk of overspending or significant savings in the procurement budget at the beginning of the year,affecting the next year’s procurement budget,and seriously lowering the enterprise’s operational management level.Therefore,in order to improve enterprise production efficiency and achieve the goal of informatization,high-efficiency,and scientific enterprise operation and management of the final assembly plant,it is urgent to establish a bulk commodity procurement information management platform to achieve operational and real-time monitoring and management of the entire procurement process such as workshop applications and department plans.This article aims to establish an efficient and intelligent bulk commodity procurement management system,with the main contents as follows:(1)Research and analyze the current situation of advanced information management in domestic and foreign related enterprises.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of various information management theories at home and abroad,summarize some problems existing in the current information management of manufacturing enterprises in China,such as cumbersome information systems,weak pertinence,and untimely information updates,and analyze the solutions and methods that can be borrowed in the procurement process for the above problems.(2)Based on the actual characteristics of the background enterprise targeted in this article,conduct a requirement analysis on the procurement process and system functions.From the perspective of software development,four management modules of the systemuser rights management,basic information management,application management and plan management are proposed to realize the whole process management of bulk commodity procurement.(3)Starting from the system requirements,the system is designed based on the B/S structure and Spring Boot framework,and the specific process of implementing each function of the system is described in detail.The database is designed using MySQL as the primary method and Redis as the secondary method.In MySQL,read and write requests are processed by different servers,greatly improving the efficiency of data processing.Implement front-end page design based on Vue.js and Element UI technology,and improve system security through functional permission design and data permission design.Finally,a comprehensive test of the implemented system was conducted,and the test results showed that the system can operate normally and stably,with a concise and easy interface,strong pertinence,complete functions,real-time data updates,and a high safety factor.After the commodity purchasing management system is put into use,it can effectively improve the problem that the capital expenditure of enterprises is unknown and the purchasing content can’t be optimized in real time according to the dynamic changes of capital,and optimize the cost control;Enterprises can deal with the manufacturing demand more calmly,speed up the response speed,shorten the procurement cycle and improve the production efficiency.It is proved that building a fast and dynamic enterprise information procurement management system has important application value. |
