| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has adhered to promoting high-quality development and proposed new economic development goals such as quality change,efficiency change,and driving force change.At present,most small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China are still facing multiple difficulties,such as financing difficulties,backward technological level,and talent shortage.Therefore,in order to adapt to the development needs of the market economy,achieve long-term survival of enterprises,and improve production quality and efficiency,it has become the key for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to create competitive advantages.This article takes YF Enterprise,a small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise that mainly produces broken bridge doors and windows,as an example.The SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)method is applied to the production process and material flow analysis of the company’s workshop,helping the enterprise understand the shortcomings of the original workshop layout and propose new workshop layout plans,thereby greatly improving the production efficiency,reducing production costs,and improving the working environment of the enterprise.This article first briefly introduces the concepts and steps of facility layout theory,SLP method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process used in the research process.Secondly,based on the collection of relevant data from YF enterprise,the basic status of YF enterprise’s production workshop is further analyzed.The problems in the production layout of the enterprise are summarized as follows: the distance between the assembly area and the finished product area is far,and the efficiency is reduced due to the large logistics volume.Then,the SLP method was used to construct a model for the workshop layout of YF Enterprise,and two improvement plans were obtained.Among them,Scheme 1 and Scheme 2 can reduce the transportation distance by 41.0% and 50.0%,respectively,and reduce the transportation workload by 39.1% and 58.1%.Afterwards,combined with the actual situation of YF Enterprise,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used for evaluation.Logistics efficiency,layout flexibility,equipment utilization rate,working environment and financial Support were used as the criteria layer,the optimal goal was used as the target layer,and the original plan and improved plan were used as the plan layer.A comparison matrix was constructed,and consistency was checked by determining the weights between each level.Finally,Scheme 2 was selected as the optimal plan.Finally,in addition to the traditional SLP method,this article takes into account non logistics factors such as people,machines,and equipment,and proposes corresponding guarantee measures from four aspects: enterprise organizational structure,production process,equipment,and logistics,in order to promote the better implementation of the designed layout plan and provide ideas for similar small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to plan their layout reasonably. |
