| Distribution automation system is an important infrastructure system to ensure users’ safe use of electricity,and the communication system plays a vital role in the distribution automation system.At present,the access rate of 10 k V switchyard has reached more than 90%.Due to the uneven quality of distribution automation devices in switchyard,the feeder terminal communication is often interrupted,and the equipment communication fault cannot be solved in time,which greatly affects the on-line rate of switchyard and brings hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of power grid.Therefore,it is of great significance to ensure the normal communication between the feeder terminal and the master station for the safe and stable operation of distribution automation system and distribution network.In view of this situation,this paper aims to develop a set of devices that can monitor and evaluate the communication status of feeder terminals in real time and make decisions,and automatically identify and repair fault communication,so as to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual monitoring and untimely fault handling,and then improve the timeliness of communication fault handling at feeder terminals and the online rate of 10 k V switchyard.In this paper,a feeder terminal restart monitoring device is designed based on STM32 MCU.Combined with the actual application requirements,the overall scheme of the monitoring device is formulated,and the specific software and hardware design and field physical test are carried out.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In terms of hardware design,STM32F103 enhanced chip is selected as the main control chip,and the circuit schematic diagram and PCB design are carried out,including the main control module,alarm module,temperature and humidity acquisition module,restart reset module,serial port display module,communication signal acquisition module,power circuit module,key operation module,wireless communication module and SD card storage module.(2)In terms of software design,device structure design and human-computer interaction design,Keil5 The development environment realizes the functions of communication signal acquisition,temperature and humidity measurement,fault information,parameter setting,serial port display and host computer data transmission.At the same time,e Drawing development software is used to design the device structure.In order to better realize the human-computer interaction,the software part also develops the visual interface of PC and mobile terminal,completes the wireless communication link with the lower computer based on the TCP/IP protocol network architecture,realizes the real-time online monitoring of data,data synchronous storage and historical data reading,and completes the design of feeder terminal restart monitoring device.(3)In terms of physical construction,software and hardware debugging,environmental simulation and field testing,the developed feeder terminal restart monitoring device has passed field testing.By taking DF9311 feeder terminal as the monitoring object,the device detected 9 feeder terminal communication abnormal events after 14 days of uninterrupted operation test,and automatically powered off and restarted the equipment after abnormal communication,so as to quickly solve the problem of communication failure.According to the data comparison,the device meets the requirements of field application,and the lower computer can synchronously store the data and read the historical data of the upper computer.The feeder terminal restart monitoring device is a new equipment.It only needs to add and transform the original equipment without replacing any equipment,which minimizes the waste of resources caused by replacing equipment,and can effectively improve the economic benefits of users,with strong popularization. |
