Study On Environmental Design Of Migratory Birds Apartmentfor The Aged In The North

At present,China has stepped into an aging country,and the problem of providing for the aged has become an urgent problem for us to pay attention to and solve."Migratory bird" pension mode is a special pension mode,which is mainly based on the seasonal climate change.Therefore,this paper will start with indoor and outdoor space,and optimize the design from functional layout analysis,spatial dynamic planning,material paving,lighting,local characteristic elements,etc.,so as to meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly living in different places and form a migratory bird-style pension apartment design suitable for moving north.By using the methods of case analysis,questionnaire,literature research,etc.,this paper obtains relatively objective scientific data and a more rigorous design scheme through induction,summary,generalization and analysis.Through the analysis of the social background of retired elderly people in China,it investigates the design status of migratory birds-style apartments at home and abroad,and draws lessons from the design cases of foreign apartments for the elderly.This paper will reflect and summarize the above-mentioned problems,find a more reasonable design method to solve the problems,and provide a more comfortable and quiet interior space for migratory birds to support the aged in different places.Design a more personalized apartment for the elderly from the aspects of space layout,moving line,material application,color matching and lighting.Through the research results of this topic,suggestions are provided for the future development of "migratory bird" indoor environment design in China,and help is provided for the diversified development of China’s pension model.
