The balanced loading layout optimal problem for railway mixed goods has the complex characteristics of asymmetric loading,non-uniform load,offset center of gravity,goods placement mode and concentratedweight restriction,which are the key to the safety and efficiency of railway goods transportation.The research on this complex combinatorial optimization problem is of great significance to the theory and practice.Based on this,the influence factors of the balanced loading layout for railway mixed goods are taken into consideration,and an optimization method of that is proposed to formulate a reasonable,efficient and safe railway mixed goods loading layout scheme.The main work is as follows:(1)The research status at home and abroad is summarized,and the main research contents and ideas of this thesis are determined,then the connotation and influencing factors of balanced loading layout optimization for railway mixed goods are expounded.(2)The quantitative formulas of loading center of gravity balance constraint and allowable moment of concentrated-weight constraint are constructed,and the optimization model of the balanced loading layout for railway mixed goods without considering the stability is constructed to maximize the comprehensive utilization of the loading space volume and load capacity.Moreover,the representation,selection and update of the remaining available layout space,the generation,selection and placement strategy of goods block units are given,and then the corresponding solution algorithm is designed.The optimization method of the balanced loading layout for railway mixed goods without considering the stability is finally proposed.(3)The full support constraint of goods is introduced,and an optimization model of balanced loading layout for railway mixed goods considering stability is constructed.Besides,the solution strategy of the decision subproblem is reconstructed and the optimization algorithm is designed.Then the optimization method of balanced loading layout for railway mixed goods considering stability is proposed,which effectively solves the balanced loading layout optimization problem.(4)Java language is adopted for programming,which is used to test the international standard calculation example and its improved mixed goods calculation example.Through sensitivity and comparative analysis,the feasibility,effectiveness and wide application of the above two methods are verified,and the application scope of the two methods is discussed.The proposed methods can provide strong support for the balanced loading layout decision of railway mixed goods.There are 38 figures,16 tables and 77 references in this thesis. |
