Research On Calculation Method Of Live Load On Bridge Under Condition Of Eccentric Overweight Goods Loading

The concept of overweight goods occurs in a short time in our country’s railway transport, many rail freight staffs’understanding is not accurate, there doesn’t has sound overweight goods transportation management regulations and the research on basic theoretical is very few. So it creates great difficulty to overweight goods transport organization, and also led to the market share of rail bulk goods transportation decrease year by year.This paper takes the concept of overweight goods as the breakthrough point, depth analyze the meaning and characteristics of overweight goods. Detail analyzes the organization process of railway overweight goods transportation, and then expounds the problems and reasons of railway overweight goods transportation organization in our country. Overweight rating is the only index to reflect the goods overweight extent, accurately assess the goods overweight rating is the assurance of overweight goods transportation organization to smoothly develop. It will cause loading uneven in the process of the transportation when goods gravity center is offset,it will give a lot of live load effect to railway bridges, and produce certain destruction to the bridge. Display the moment of vehicle through the bridge with three dimensional models by UG, and then import the finite element analysis software ANSYS, analyze the live load of railway bridge under the cases of load gravity center migrated and unmigrated. Concluded that under the condition of total weight is invariable, if goods loading pattern is different, the bridge live load is also different. Live load of railway bridges is the important basis to confirm the goods’overweight rating. The confirmation methods about goods overweight rating in《Rules Of Railway over-gauge and overload goods transportation》 is simple, it has not provided the computing method of goods overweight rating under the condition of goods loading gravity center shifting.This paper puts forward the overweight rating calculation method under the goods loading gravity center migrated by combining mechanics knowledge with theoretical derivation, provides theoretical basis for repairing it.
