Research On The Protection And Reuse Of The Third-line Industrial Heritage Corridor In The Fujiang River Basin

As an important area of third-line construction in Southwest China,Fujiang River Basin has made great achievements,but also left a large number of third-line industrial heritage in the region,which has witnessed the development history of modern industry in the central and western regions.In the current urbanization context that focuses on the quality of living environment,these traditional industrial types are facing the transformation and renewal of "two backward into three",the coastal space is facing the relocation and decline of industrial areas,and the old factory buildings and industrial structures have lost their original functions and are lying idle and waiting for demolition.In addition,the three-line industrial heritage resources in the Fujiang River Basin are mainly protected by single units,lacking overall planning,leading to prominent contradiction between protection and development,and difficult to highlight the comprehensive value of heritage.Under the background of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing double city economic circle and the opportunity of the construction of Bashu cultural tourism corridor,the protection of industrial heritage in the Fujiang River Basin faces potential opportunities and great challenges.First of all,this paper takes the construction of the three-line industrial heritage corridor in the Fujiang River Basin as the research objective,and selects 65 three-line industrial heritage as the research object.By means of field investigation and archive review,this paper summarizes the development of the three-line construction in Fujiang River Basin and the existing problems of protection and reuse.On this basis,the paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of heritage and verifies the feasibility of introducing the heritage corridor theory.Finally,it summarizes the natural landscape,tourism resources,current traffic and other auxiliary resources,which lays a foundation for the overall pattern of this heritage corridor.Secondly,the analytic Hierarchy process(AHP)is introduced to construct a specific heritage entry list based on the multi-level system of "industrial town--industrial agglomeration--industrial enterprise".A relatively scientific value evaluation system of the third-line industrial heritage in Fujiang River Basin was established through relevant standards and literature review.Quantitative,qualitative and other research methods were used to obtain the classification of value evaluation.Finally,using the GIS spatial information platform combined with AHP method,the boundary line of the three-line industrial heritage corridor in the Fujiang River Basin was demarcated by combining the regularity of heritage distribution with the value contour line.Relevant planning patterns are formulated from four aspects: industrial heritage,green corridor,interpretation system and traffic organization,so as to construct the overall pattern of the threeline construction industrial heritage corridor in the Fujiang River basin.It is expected to provide basic information and reference for the construction of similar linear heritage corridors in China.
