Rail profile detection can directly reflect the geometric shape and surface wear information of rail,provide scientific basis for line maintenance and maintenance,and is an indispensable link to ensure the safety of railway transportation.With the rapid development of China’s rail transit industry,the number of railway lines is increasing,and the demand for rail profile detection is increasing.At present,the traditional manual contact detection method is inefficient and can not realize dynamic measurement,which can not meet the growing detection demand.For the existing hand push rail profile non-contact detection trolley at home and abroad,the surveyors still need to push the detection trolley on the track during the detection process.When the detection track is very long,the work intensity is high.In recent years,thanks to the progress of mobile network technology and Internet of things technology,remote wireless acquisition and control is possible.In this context,in order to solve the problems of high safety risk,high labor intensity and low detection efficiency in rail detection,this paper designs an automatic rail profile detection system which can realize data transmission through mobile Internet based on the original manual rail profile detection car.In terms of hardware,this paper designs the driving system of timing belt drive,and uses multi-body dynamics Recur Dyn to analyze the dynamics of the body structure of the detection system.The analysis results meet the design requirements.According to the overall design scheme,the main components of the acquisition and control module of the detection system are selected,and the main circuit and control circuit of the acquisition and control module are designed.In terms of software,through comparative analysis,the communication protocol of wireless transmission is determined,and the wireless communication program between upper computer and middle computer is designed by Socket network programming;The human-computer interaction program between the middle computer and the upper computer is compiled,including the functions of real-time display of detection data,report generation,motion control and so on.The lower computer program is designed,including image acquisition control and stepping motor control in two modes of calibration and operation.In the image acquisition control program under the operation mode,the field test proves that the external interrupt counting brings the shortage of missing pulses when the running speed is too fast,and puts forward and realizes the scheme of counting by using the encoder interface mode;The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of soft start and stop curves of stepping motor are compared and analyzed,and the soft start and stop program of stepping motor based on S-curve is designed.The field tests were carried out in Jishou east station of Zhangjihuai line of high-speed railway and the maintenance section of large track maintenance machinery of Chengdu Railway Bureau of ordinary speed railway.The results show that the acquisition and control system of the automatic running detection system of rail profile designed in this paper has high stability and good integrity of the returned data. |
