Accessibility Evaluation And Layout Planning Strategy Of Public Service Facilities In The Main City Of Handan City

With the rapid development of society and economy,residents' demand for urban services continues to increase.In the context of rapid urban expansion,the problems of insufficient facilities and uneven distribution are becoming more and more prominent.This article takes the main urban area of Handan City as the research scope from the perspective of residents' needs,uses GIS technology and data analysis methods to evaluate and analyze the accessibility and balance of facilities,discusses the optimization strategy of urban public service facilities,and provides them with Scientific reference suggestions.First,an overview of the purpose and significance of the research,combing the research progress and overall ideas at home and abroad,elaborating the relevant concepts of urban public service facilities and accessibility,introducing and collecting the overview and relevant data information of the main urban area of Handan City,and establishing a GIS analysis data set.Secondly,according to the characteristics of residents' needs,the reasonable accessibility model is evaluated and analyzed for facilities such as education,medical care,government,culture,sports,social welfare,and post office.Through normalization,the average accessibility of public service facilities in the main urban area of Handan is 0.53,and the accessibility of education and medical facilities is relatively low;the accessibility of most facilities as a whole shows the characteristics of circles.In the study area,the level of accessibility is relatively high,and it gradually decreases outwards.In facilities such as elementary schools and specialized hospitals,the accessibility shows the characteristics of scattered clusters,and the accessibility of each cluster varies greatly.Then,from the perspective of space and non-space,use the Gini coefficient,Lorentz curve and GIS correlation analysis to analyze the accessibility of facilities.The results show that there is a significant imbalance in the accessibility of education and medical facilities.For example,in medical facilities,the total accessibility of 20% of the residential areas with higher accessibility accounts for 41% to 57% of the cumulative accessibility.Through the GIS spatial correlation analysis,except for the negative correlation between the community health service centers,all other facilities are positively spatially clustered,and the street area aggregated accounts for more than 30% of the research area.Its high concentration areas are distributed in Nonglin Road streets and cemeteries Areas such as roads and streets,and low-lying areas are mainly Baijiacun Street and Pengjiazhai Township.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of the spatial distribution,accessibility,and equilibrium of the facilities within the scope of the study,from the perspective of Handan's regional development and attention to the differences in residents' needs,suggestions were made for the optimization of the overall city and the layout of classified facilities;and Two street units were analyzed for optimization strategies.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for the layout planning of public service facilities,improve the efficiency of facility services,and promote the balance of spatial distribution,and provide a reference for planning decisions.
