In recent years,the world is undergoing a new round of major development and transformation.My country’s enterprises are facing a more complex environment and fiercer competition under the background of the world’s major changes unseen in a century and the superimposition of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in the century.Psychologically,tension,depression,anxiety,and exhaustion will occur,and then the problem of job burnout will appear.Due to the widespread power shortage across the country,energy companies across the country are making every effort to increase power security,and wind power,solar photovoltaic,nuclear power and other new energy power generation are fully operational.Therefore,the grassroots employees of power generation companies,especially new energy power generation companies,bear a relatively large workload and become one of the groups with a greater risk of job burnout.Therefore,this thesis chooses the grassroots employees of the new energy company of F Group,the largest power generation company in F city,as the research object,and strives to explore the real situation and solutions of the job burnout of the grassroots employees through the research of typical employees of typical enterprises under the current economic situation.The research of this paper is first of all theoretical research,through the literature research method,to sort out and summarize the relevant theories of job burnout in the literature,to classify and summarize the research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on job burnout,to clarify the concept of job burnout,and to classify the research according to the influencing factors,results and coping styles of job burn-out.Based on the formation of literature research,in-depth interviews were conducted,and questionnaires were compiled and conducted in combination with literature research and interviews.Through the quantitative analysis and logical reasoning of the survey,this paper summarizes the main causes of job burnout of the company’s employees from three dimensions,and further explores how to solve the problem of job burnout of such employees,and puts forward coping strategies and safeguards.Through investigation,scale analysis,and interview analysis,this study believes that the level of job burnout of the grassroots staff of F New Energy Company is at a moderate level,but some indicators stand out.There is a gap between personal expectations and reality,weak personal resilience,and unclear personal career planning.At the team level,team leaders lack communication and care for members,uneven work distribution within the team,and insufficient team cohesion and centripetal force.There are some personal post adaptability is not reasonable and scientific,the promotion channel is single and not smooth,and the training and training lack strategic planning and targeted training,etc.In response to these problems,through the item-by-item analysis of the answers to the questionnaire and the responses to the individual interviews,combined with the current situation of F New Energy Company,this paper puts forward the corresponding principles from the three dimensions of individual,team,and organization,and from the aspects of system guarantee,organization guarantee,cultural protection put forward safeguard measures.
