| In today’s society,due to increased employment pressure and increasingly fierce market competition,practitioners in any industry are facing increasing pressure.Under this environment,employees’ sense of occupational security continues to decline.Once employees feel a lot of pressure at work,job burnout will follow,which will gradually reduce employees’ initiative and work enthusiasm at work.which is detrimental to employees’ social and personal health problems.The performance level of employees declines and ultimately damages the interests of the enterprise..The turnover rate of employees will also show a rising trend under the influence of job burnout.Therefore,in the human resource management of enterprises,the management of job burnout has gradually become very critical.With the help of some reasonable and feasible management methods to deal with the problem of job burnout of employees,it is important for the long-term development of the enterprise and the improvement of performance level.have a positive effect.Company J is a state-owned enterprise in the hydropower industry.Its main business is electricity production,and it has been carrying out project construction in the plateau for a long time.The goal is to build a national-level large-scale water storage demonstration base.Due to the numerous construction work of the project,the project cycle needs to be strictly controlled.Even if the work is delivered one day ahead of schedule,the economic benefits that can be generated for the development of the country are considerable.Therefore,employees feel relatively great pressure when participating in the project.Moreover,due to the high quality requirements of the project,this will further aggravate the work pressure faced by employees.Working in this environment for a long time,employees begin to experience job burnout.Physically,due to the greater work intensity and work pressure,there will be fatigue or even illness,and there will be a lack of enthusiasm in spirit.In order to enable employees to no longer be affected by job burnout,and to complete the work they are responsible for in the project with high quality and quantity,this thesis analyzes the causes of employee burnout and gives feasible intervention measures.The thesis object of this thesis is Company J.The thesis is mainly carried out on the non-leaders of the company.First,the thesis is carried out on the problem of job burnout at the theoretical level,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up thesis.The thesis method combined with interviews collects analysis data related to employee burnout in J company and points out that for employees in J company,the main influencing factors of job burnout include personal,organizational and work factors.Based on this,targeted intervention measures are given,including: assisting employees in career planning at the individual level and establishing a complete employee assistance plan;building a reasonable salary system at the organizational level,improving the organizational support network,and providing employees with broad opportunities It has established promotion channels for employees in different positions,and appropriately adjusted to ease their work burdens;built sound information communication channels at the work level,built a comfortable and harmonious work and interpersonal environment,and enhanced job rotation. |
