Study On The Cost Control Of Prefabricated Building Construction Projects

In recent years,green development and environmental protection have received great attention from the country.The construction industry occupies an important position in the development of China’s national economy,and the national government attaches great importance to its healthy development.However,the traditional cast-in-place construction production mode is extensive,and the construction site construction waste is abundant,which is not conducive to environmental protection.The prefabricated buildings adopt industrial production mode,the wet operation on the construction site is reduced,and also the construction waste has also decreased.It has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and fast construction,has become a major trend of the future development of the construction industry.But because of its special technological process flow,the prefabricated buildings cost in China has been high,and the cost problem has become a major obstacle to the prefabricated building development.The construction enterprises,As the main production unit of prefabricated buildings,play an extremely important role in its cost control.Therefore,it is the particularly important to control the cost of prefabricated building construction projects.This thesis studies the cost control of prefabricated building construction projects,and gives targeted strategies and suggestions according to the key factors affecting their cost.First,by consulting the relevant literature and data,prefabricated construction,prefabricated construction cost and control related theory.Then,literature analysis,questionnaire survey and principal component analysis are used to identify,screen,supplement and modify the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated building construction projects,thus to determine its key influencing factors.DEMATEL-ISM method is used to analyze the relationship between the factors,the relationship between multiple factors as the main points of prefabricated construction project cost control.Based on the perspective of the construction party,the cost control of prefabricated construction projects is analyzed,and the responsibility cost control system of prefabricated construction projects is implemented based on the fine management theory.Based on the actual case,the comprehensive influence of single factors and multiple factors with mutual relations on the cost of prefabricated building construction project is analyzed,and the corresponding cost control countermeasures are put forward based on the actual case.This thesis studies the cost control content of the prefabricated building construction project based on the perspective of the construction party.On the one hand,it can enrich the research content in the field of cost control of prefabricated building construction projects,and on the other hand,it can provide some theoretical and practical suggestions for the cost control work of prefabricated building construction projects.
