Design And Research Of Takeout Electric Vehicle Based On User Experience

With the rise of the Internet,everyone’s life has changed from all aspects.Among them,the take-out industry is also gradually mature.However,there are various problems with the riding gear used by delivery workers to deliver food.Traffic accidents are increasing due to take-out workers crossing roads and uncivilized cycling behaviors.Most take-out rides on the market are modified by take-out drivers themselves,which also makes the safety of take-out drivers not guaranteed in the process of driving.A series of problems,such as poor evaluation and complaints,have been caused by the simple,unsanitary and unsafe delivery incubators.Therefore,the transportation used by delivery workers during delivery should also be paid attention to.This paper starts from the background of the subject research,according to the maturity of the take-out industry to understand the need for take-out workers to use riding gear on the way to deliver food.Then,literature research and other research methods are used to understand the current situation of delivery tools and user experience at home and abroad.The overall framework structure and ideas of the paper are proposed through user experience design,and relevant market research is carried out according to the ideas.Then,in addition to the analysis and summary of the market research of the existing delivery tools,the questionnaire survey and offline interview of relevant users are carried out.The research data and results are summarized,and the needs of users are analyzed and filtered according to the needs of users,so as to find a breakthrough point.According to the breakthrough points found,brainstorm three different schemes are designed,and the three schemes are analyzed and compared,and one of the best schemes is selected for optimal design.In the process of design,combining the principles of design aesthetics,usability and ergonomics,the takeout electric vehicle scheme in this paper is optimized,and 3D software modeling and rendering software are used to produce renderings.At the same time,the interaction design added to the delivery electric vehicle is also designed based on user experience.This paper proposes the structure design of vehicle interactive interface for take-out electric vehicles,optimizes the design of vehicle interactive interface,and re-designs the interactive interface by considering the experience of take-out workers on the way of delivery.Finally,through this design,to solve a series of pain points of food drop-outs,delivery workers and other people,design a delivery electric vehicle based on user experience,in order to ensure the safety of delivery workers,improve user experience,and reduce related traffic accidents.
