| Huangshan International Hotel began its program design in 1990,began construction in 1992 and was completed in 1995.The hotel is designed by Academician Qi Kang,which is one of the works in the middle of its creation process.The works of this period highlight the awakening of Qikang’s environmental awareness and focus on the harmony between architecture and natural environment in design.Huangshan International Hotel after more than 20 years of operation,its service audience has gradually changed from social names to the general public.With the rapid development of science and technology as well as the increasing convenience of transportation,the cross-regional communication is deepening day by day,and the business exchanges across different regions and the rapid development of tourism industry are shortening the distance between different regions of the world.As one of the space carriers necessary for the lifestyle of"global zero distance" era,hotel has become the most unique type of architecture,which has the characteristics of The Times and the different colors of different regions.In addition to the characteristics of the required functional types,hotels often have strong features of different local customs,showing and inheriting different regional traditional characteristics.In this paper,Huangshan International Hotel renovation as the research object,through a large number of domestic and foreign literature,field research,excellent cases collation and summary,to summarize and study the feasible design method of Huangshan International hotel renovation.The research is carried out with the idea of"raising problems--analyzing problems--solving problems".This study starts from the analysis of the original Huangshan International Hotel,combines with the design thought of Qi Kang and the development history of new Hui-style architecture,systematically summarizes the creative ideas,design techniques,form transfer and other aspects of the original Huangshan International Hotel in detail to provide design basis and focus for the renovation strategy of the hotel.Based on the field investigation of Huangshan International Hotel and interviews with the management,service personnel and tourists,this paper analyzes the hotel’s existing functional space and supporting facilities from the perspective of the hotel’s functions and environment,and then analyzes a series of problems such as the lack of functions and old equipment as people’s physiological and psychological needs are constantly improving with the development of The Times.With integration and innovation as the construction goal,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of renovation under the protection of historic buildings,and considers the spatial symbiosis and juxtaposition of old and new interfaces of historic buildings under the reconstruction.In addition to the discussion of the renovation strategy from the perspective of historical building protection,it also cuts into the perspective of ordinary old hotels.This paper provides a series of solutions to the common problems faced by old hotels,such as small public areas,outdated rooms,lack of large functional space and so on.It is classified,compared and analyzed from functional configuration,spatial layout and other aspects,and further carried out detailed research and analysis on the three main functional areas with the most needs of citizens,namely catering space,banquet space and recreational space.Huangshan International Hotel is a special building,which bears the identity of master works and second-class characteristic historical buildings.The transformation of Huangshan International Hotel is not only a kind of inheritance but also a kind of innovation.In the process of transformation,how to find the joint point of transformation between tradition and modernity is of great significance to promote the renewal and transformation of similar existing buildings.Figure[91]Table[18]Reference[68]... |
