Research On Correlation Among Influencing Factors And Evaluation Of Prefabricated Building Quality

China’s construction industry is transitional,and prefabricated buildings have been promoted as new methods.The prefabricated building method is different from the traditional cast-in-place mode,such as most of the work will be done in the factory instead of the construction site if using the prefabrication method.The norm system in China is still immature,and the quality management still faces some problems during its application stage.Therefore,this thesis has carried out related research on the quality management of fabricated buildings:Firstly,the thesis introduces the concept and construction process of prefabricated building.Based on the quality management theory,the influencing factors of the prefabricated building quality management was identified.By Combining the norms,literature review and cases,a quality management model containing design factors,production and transportation factors,installation factors and acceptance factors is established.Secondly,correlation analysis,regression analysis and comparative analysis was used to evaluate the interaction among factors.Then,the DEMATEL method is used to comb the relationship between quality influencing factors,and the ANP method is introduced to determine the weight of the evaluation index.Finally,the present situation and a case study of the quality management of the prefabricated building was evaluated and presented.The Vensim software is used to draw the diagram,which show the reasons and results of the quality influencing factors.In addition,information technology is also proposed to promote the quality management of prefabricated construction.This thesis combs the relationship and hierarchical structure of the factors which affecting the quality of prefabricated buildings,and extracting the crucial factors based on several analysis,which will provid effective practical guidance for the quality management of fabricated buildings.
