| In recent years,China’s construction industry has developed continuously and rapidly,its scale has been continuously expanded,its strength has been obviously enhanced,and it has gradually moved from building a big country to building a strong country,and has made remarkable achievements.At the same time,China’s construction industry has gradually shown many disadvantages,such as low production efficiency,poor quality and reliability,low resource utilization and so on.How to effectively solve these problems,enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises,and promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry from high-speed growth to high-quality development has become an urgent problem to be solved.Lean construction,as a new management concept,strives to eliminate all unnecessary waste and pursue value maximization,which plays a vital role in reducing energy consumption in the construction industry and improving the management level and economic benefits of construction enterprises.Through the carding of the current research situation at home and abroad,it is found that the current research on lean construction evaluation is still scarce.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth and detailed study on the effect evaluation of lean construction management in construction enterprises from the two aspects of enterprise administration and project department implementation management.Through the analysis of relevant theories and concepts,this paper defines the research scope of construction enterprises as comprehensive construction enterprises based on the whole process contract management mode,and summarizes the basic theory of lean construction and its auxiliary technology,laying the groundwork for the follow-up evaluation system research.Taking Hall’s three-dimensional structure as the main line,this paper preliminarily selects the evaluation index of lean construction management effect of construction enterprises from three dimensions: time dimension,logic dimension and knowledge dimension.On this basis,the literature research method and Balanced Score Card are used to detect and supplement the importance index to ensure that the evaluation index system is comprehensive and scientific.and the index is adjusted and optimized through semi-structured expert interviews,to establish an index system for evaluating the effect of lean construction management in construction enterprises,which includes 5 dimensions and 24 indicators.The Network Analytic Process(ANP)is used to qualitatively analyze the internal interdependence and external feedback of the evaluation index,and combine the Entropy Weight Method(EWM)which depends on the sample data to combine the weight of the evaluation index system.Finally,under the guidance of the cloud model,which is a mathematical model of qualitative and quantitative transformation,a comprehensive evaluation model of lean construction management effect of construction enterprises is constructed,and a company in the third Bureau of China Construction is taken as an example,to verify the scientificalness and rationality of the evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the evaluation results of the evaluation model constructed in this paper are consistent with the enterprise’s evaluation of the current situation of its lean construction management—in the "excellent level",but the lean concept has not yet been implemented in the corporate culture.Therefore,the evaluation model comprehensively considers the uncertainty and fuzziness of the evaluation of lean construction management effect of construction enterprises,which makes the evaluation results have a strong reference,and can provide reference for the measurement of lean construction management effect of construction enterprises in our country.This paper evaluates the management effect of promoting lean construction in construction enterprises by combining enterprise operation management and project construction management,which not only provides a new idea for the study of lean construction evaluation system,but also guides the direction for construction enterprises to introduce lean construction.at the same time,it can also promote the development of lean construction and promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry to industrialization,intelligence and lean.Speed up the pace of high-quality development of China’s construction industry. |
