Study On The Risk Management Of Equipment And Materials Procurement Of ZY Company Based On AHP

ZY Company is a manufacturer of drying equipment with a long history in the industry.However,during the interview,we found that ZY Company still has some problems,such as low supply efficiency of suppliers,unstable purchase quality and price,corruption of bidding and bidding,etc.,all of which increase the cost of material procurement of ZY Company.To this end,ZY Company should prevent and analyze risks in procurement,so as to help enterprises reduce procurement costs and achieve expected benefits.First of all,based on the seventh Guideline for the Application of Basic Norms of Enterprise Internal Control,the risk factor model of the company’s equipment procurement is constructed.Then,the possible risk factors are screened by the combination of "brainstorming" and Delphi method.On this basis,the "five-point system" is adopted to determine the risk assessment standard of ZY Company,and an AHP model composed of four first-level indicators and thirteen second-level indicators is constructed.Questionnaire survey and nine-point table are adopted to determine the relative importance of each indicator,and the AHP method is used to calculate the weight of each sub-item index of equipment purchasing risk of ZY Company.And the weight is substituted into the fuzzy matrix comprehensive evaluation,so as to get the final overall risk assessment conclusion.According to the overall calculation results,the overall risk of equipment and materials procurement of ZY Company is high,as well as the supply risk,cost risk,cooperation risk and capability risk.In the last part,based on the identified high score risk factors,measures such as forward pricing purchase,supply chain ERP integration and manufacturing supervision are proposed.The research results of this paper can be applied to the equipment manufacturing process of ZY Company,so that the material purchase cost and stability in the equipment manufacturing process can be effectively improved.At the same time,it also has some reference value for other manufacturing enterprises in the process of purchasing equipment raw materials.
