| With the continuous improvement and development of China’s socialist economic system,the development of all walks of life is more and more standardized.As a kind of commercial labor in the construction industry,the status of construction labor is increasing with the development of our country’s economy.In 2015,The Introduction of the Regulations on the Management of Construction Enterprise Qualifications broke the industry qualification and enterprise hierarchy,reduced the entry threshold of enterprises,expanded the business scope of projects,and made the projects in the form of labor subcontracting more and more become an important part of the construction industry.The effective cost management of labor subcontracting enterprises and their projects can not only provide sufficient safety and security for migrant workers,but also promote economic development,so the scientific cost management of labor subcontracting enterprises is of great significance.This thesis takes the labor subcontracting W project contracted by constructing L labor company as the case study object,conducts in-depth analysis on the cost management of The W project on the basis of full investigation,and finds that the W project has problems such as extensive cost management mode,poor timeliness of cost management and limited cost management effect.The main reason is that there are risks and hidden dangers in the internal and external environment of the industry,the consciousness of employee cost management is weak,the responsibility implementation mechanism is not perfect,and the professional management team of labor cost management is lacking.In order to alleviate the imperfect situation of the cost management of The W project,the W project was introduced into the earned value method for analysis,and the specific application scheme of each stage was clarified.In the decision-making stage,various planning arrangements and cost budgets were made well.In the construction stage,the earned value method was used to analyze the project progress and cost status,coordinate the work of all parties,and properly deal with the cost overrun and progress lag;In the completion stage,self-check should be done well in advance to ensure the quality of work,cooperate with the general contractor to check and accept the work,and implement the responsibility assessment.Through the above argumentation and analysis,it is concluded that the earned value method can effectively achieve the cost management goal of W project.Finally,the safeguard measures and expected results of W project cost optimization management are proposed.Finally,in order to effectively realize the cost management of construction labor subcontracting in this paper,it is necessary to combine the influencing factors of cost management and visually present the performance status of cost and schedule to managers by means of earned value method,so as to timely adjust labor operation plan and control the cost within a reasonable range.As for the construction labor subcontracting project,through the application research of W project of L company,the author hopes to provide feasible suggestions for scientific and reasonable cost management of the labor subcontracting project through the research of this paper,hoping to be helpful to the cost management research of the construction labor subcontracting industry. |
