Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)can realize four-quadrant operation,namely forward,reverse and brake operation,adapt to complex working conditions and have good operating characteristics.Due to the double salient pole characteristic of SRM,it is impossible to establish an accurate analytical model,which brings problems to the control and optimization of SRM.In view of the current research on the wide speed range speed control and multi-objective optimization of SRM,the following work is carried out:Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional PI controller and fuzzy PI controller are compared,and the fuzzy PI controller is determined as the outer loop of SRM closed-loop speed control.The characteristics of basic speed control strategy are compared,and the combination speed control strategy is selected to broaden the speed range of SRM.Secondly,in terms of hardware,the integrated circuit of asymmetric half-bridge power converter and switch tube driving circuit,current hall sensor detection circuit,voltage detection circuit with AD7895 chip as the core,rotor position signal processing circuit is designed.In terms of software,CCS software is used to program the fuzzy PI speed control outer loop program,system efficiency optimization and torque ripple optimization program,multi-objective optimization program,mountain climbing search algorithm program,various register initialization program,motor position judgment and commutation program,timer and ADC interrupt program,LCD display program.Thirdly,in order to give full play to the best performance of SRM control system,the influence of opening Angle and closing Angle on system efficiency and torque ripple was analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink.In order to optimize efficiency and torque ripple,in terms of control strategy optimization,the open Angle is adjusted online by mountain climbing search method and the off-line closing Angle fitting optimization function is used to adjust the closing Angle,which improves the system efficiency and reduces the torque ripple.In the process of target optimization,when there are contradictions between multiple targets,the value of opening Angle and turning off Angle cannot guarantee the multi-objective cooperative optimal.In order to solve the limited problem that can only ensure the optimal of a single target,the multi-objective optimization function and multi-objective optimization control strategy are further designed by combining the emphasis of different targets in the control system of wide speed range and assigning weight coefficient.Finally,a wide speed range SRM drive system speed regulation experiment and a multi-objective optimization experiment with system efficiency and torque ripple as optimization objectives were carried out on the experimental platform.The difference and consistency of the multi-objective optimization control strategy between the SRM control system simulation and the experiment were compared,the effectiveness of the optimization strategy was verified,and the optimal range of opening Angle and closing Angle was obtained.
