Intelligent Community Multifunctional Express Cabinet Design Based On The Concept Of Service Design

With the continuous improvement of domestic material living standards,the pace of smart city construction is accelerating,and the smart construction of communities is an extremely important part of smart city construction.The volume of express delivery business in China is constantly increasing,and as an important scenario for logistics delivery terminals,intelligent express delivery cabinets have solved many of these problems.However,there are currently problems with intelligent express delivery cabinets,such as incomplete service systems,single functions,and unstable security,which have caused inconvenience to users during the use process and also affected the efficiency of community end logistics distribution.With the construction of smart community as the background,this topic uses the methods and tools of service design to explore a more diversified terminal logistics service mode and the design of multifunctional express cabinets.As a community service terminal tool,multifunctional express cabinet is not only a hardware infrastructure,but also the carrier of community terminal logistics service system.Optimizing the service system of multifunctional express cabinet products can not only promote the intelligent construction of community service products,improve the intelligent living experience of community residents,but also solve many problems of end-logistics distribution in communities.This paper first summarizes and summarizes the relevant literature,books and research status of service design concept,and then studies the construction and development of smart community,analyzes the relevant content of smart community service system,and finds out the correlation with the multifunctional express cabinet.In the research part,the construction of the existing express cabinets,smart community and platform is investigated and analyzed,and the feasibility of integrating the multifunctional express cabinets service system into the smart community and its platform is determined.Through the analysis and summary of the survey results of users,the typical user portrait and service journey map are drawn to lay the foundation for searching for innovation opportunities.By using the methods and strategies of service design,the paper summarizes the target users,stakeholders,service processes and service contacts of multifunctional express cabinets in smart community,and constructs the service blueprint of multifunctional express cabinets in smart community.Summarize user needs,design ideas for refrigeration,heat preservation,door-to-door distribution and other needs.Finally,based on the previous analysis and summary,the design practice of intelligent community multifunctional express cabinet is carried out,and the design of multifunctional express cabinet and related hardware facilities and software is completed.
