| The 20 th Party Congress report pointed out that achieving carbon neutrality is an extensive and profound economic and social systemic change,and the construction industry should accelerate the transformation and upgrade to green and low-carbon operation mode.Public buildings are characterized by large volume and complex structure,and there are problems of high energy consumption,low energy efficiency and high carbon emission in the operation stage.This paper takes the operation phase of public buildings,which has the highest carbon emissions,as the entry point,and proposes the definition of green operation of public buildings as the research object.Using literature research method to summarize the research related to the driving force of the operation stage of public buildings,the paper establishes a structural equation model of the driving force of green operation of public buildings,identifies key driving subjects and key driving forces,finds the main grasp for the realization of green operation of public buildings,and provides reference for government departments to introduce energy-saving and emission reduction policies for public buildings.The specific research contents are as follows: based on stakeholder theory and group dynamics theory,the stakeholders promoting green operation of public buildings are divided into five aspects,and the driving mechanism among the driving subjects promoting green operation of public buildings is clarified;secondly,the driving environment is analyzed by using PEST analysis method,and the driving theory model of green operation of public buildings based on group dynamics theory is constructed to clarify the driving force of Then,24 driving forces are identified from the perspective of driving subjects,combined with literature research method,and the driving degree indexes of green operation of public buildings are determined;then,the basic data are collected by means of questionnaire survey,analyzed and processed to be qualified,imported into the structural equation model for calculation,fitting and correction,and key driving subjects and key driving forces are determined;finally,actual cases are used to prove that the key driving subjects and key driving forces obtained from the theoretical research are the same as those obtained from the theoretical research.Finally,the key driving subjects and key driving forces obtained from the theoretical research are consistent with the key driving subjects and key driving forces driving the green operation of the actual project,and the results of the theoretical research match the results of the case study to a high degree,and the research results have certain theoretical value and reference significance for driving the realization of green operation in public buildings. |
