Research On The Protection And Reuse Of The Industrial Heritage Of The Middle East Railway In Changchun Under The Theory Of Weaving

The Middle East Railway is a highly representative railway industry heritage in China,and its opening has a profound impact on the pattern and development of many cities along the line.As the first level under the railway line,the city should fit the overall Protected mode of the railway line,and it is the key link to support the success of the overall reuse of the railway line.The construction of the Middle East railway and the impact of the war situation have led Changchun city to rapidly enter modernization and urbanization.Under the influence of different political forces,the "collage" urban spatial pattern in Late modern period of Changchun was created.Changchun is the junction of the Middle East Railway and the Renkyō Line,which has special significance in the history of the Middle East Railway.Against the backdrop of rapid urban development,although Changchun City has preserved a large amount of Middle Eastern railway industrial heritage,its protection and utilization also face various tests and obstacles.This article takes the Middle East Railway Industrial Heritage within the central urban area of Changchun as the research object,starting from the urban perspective,with the ultimate goal of "community and unity",and under the guidance of weaving theory,studies the protection and utilization of the Middle East Railway Industrial Heritage in Changchun.I hope that the research results have certain reference value for the protection and reuse of railway industrial heritage in other cities in China and the renewal of historical blocks.At the same time,it can play a positive role in revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China and exploring the relationship between rail transit and urban development.The main research methods of this article include literature review and collection,on-site investigation,interviews,and summarization.Based on various historical and literature materials,the author conducted on-site research and visits to potential Middle East Railway Industrial Heritage areas in Changchun City,and ultimately determined5 heritage gathering areas and 49 heritage sites.Through investigation and analysis of the history,spatial distribution,and environmental status of the heritage,and in response to the problems that arise in the protection and reuse,a patching system for the industrial heritage of the Middle East Railway in Changchun City is established to achieve the goal of patching the gaps between the "new" and "old" cities,and to establish a complementary organic whole for patching,protection,and utilization at multiple levels of the "railway line city heritage gathering area heritage points".The content covers the historical review and current analysis of the Middle East Railway Industrial Heritage in Changchun City,as well as the analysis of the weaving methods for the Middle East Railway Industrial Heritage.Based on this,strategies and methods for weaving,protection,and reuse are proposed.Finally,a design is made using the historical and cultural street area of the Kuanchengzi Station on the Middle East Railway as an example.Through the study of the Middle East Railway Industrial Heritage in Changchun City,it is hoped that the level of understanding can be improved,the heritage can be better utilized,and urban development can be promoted.
