Post-Occupancy Evalotion Research On The Landscape Of West Lake Longjin Tea Plantation

West Lake Longjin tea plantation is mainly distributed in West Lake Scenic Area and its vicinity.The tea garden in the grade I reserved area is an important part of the West Lake cultural heritage.It is also a key area for landscapes and tourism.This article,based on the theoretical understanding of West Lake Longjing Tea Plantation and POE,built the POE model of the landscape of West Lake Longjing tea garden.It,from the subjective perspective of the user,aimed to evaluate the usage condition by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.The evaluation model consisted of 3 criteria layers,9 sub-criteria layers,and 30 indicator layers.Five experts' consultation data were retrieved through the Delphi method,and weights of each indicator were calculated using Yaahp software.After collecting 98 valid user questionnaires from 8 research sites,Excel used the statistics and analysis of the data to comprehensively evaluate the landscape of West Lake Longjing Tea Garden.The following main conclusions are drawn: 1.The weights of the three indicators in the criteria level are that landscape level: ecological level: social level = 0.5041: 0.2664: 0.2295;The weights of sub-criterion level indicators are as follows that natural landscape> humanistic material landscape> tea garden ecological environment> tea outside ecological environment> traffic conditions> artificial landscape> public services> cultural activities> commercial facilities;The top five items with the highest index-level weights are that tea garden appearance> historical sites>Characteristic building> stability of site conditions> topography.The natural and cultural landscape of the landscape level and the ecological environment of tea village tea garden ecological environment are currently the areas most concerned by people.2.According to the model construction and evaluation,at the criterion level,the evaluation results of "ecological level" and "landscape level" of the tea garden are good,and they belong to the E2 level.In the sub-criterion,evaluation results of "natural landscape"," humanistic material landscape","tea plantation ecological environment","tea village ecological environment",and "traffic condition" of the West Lake Longjing Tea Garden are good and belong to the E2 level;The post-evaluation of the West Lake Longjing tea garden landscape is "better" and it is E2 grade.Finally,on the basis of the analysis and summary of the investigation and evaluation results,the countermeasures for the landscape optimization of West Lake Longjing Tea Garden were proposed.
