Research On Project Construction And Operation Management Problem Of Characteristic Town

Characteristic towns are are important support points for rural revitalization strategies,which are conducive to accelerating the construction of urban-rural integration,promoting urban-rural integration development,and improving residents’ sense of happiness and gain.However,in the process of construction and operation management of characteristic towns,there are prominent contradictions and problems,which hinder or delay the construction of characteristic towns,affect the healthy operation of characteristic towns,and ultimately hinder the promotion of characteristic towns,resulting in significant negative impacts on society.Therefore,it is urgent to evaluate the construction and operation management of characteristic town projects,then deeply analyze the root cause of the problem,explore the path for the healthy development of future characteristic towns,and further clarify the direction of future development of characteristic towns.This paper first describe the theoretical basis of characteristic towns and performance evaluation,after introduces the current situation of Huantai County’s Smart Dream Town,including its development,construction,investment and operation,policies and policies,as well as the problems and challenges it faces.This information has reference significance for building a performance evaluation system for Creative Dream Town.Subsequently,the ideas and principles for designing the indicator system were clarified,suitable indicators were selected,and an evaluation system with infrastructure,social environment,and economic development as the primary indicators was constructed.The weight values of various indicators were calculated using the intuitive fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Subsequently,we used the expert survey method to obtain the evaluation data of the construction and operation management of Huantai County Chuangzhi Dream Town,and processed them accordingly.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the performance of the construction and operation management,calculate the performance evaluation scores,and analyze the evaluation results.Through analyzing the evaluation results,we found problems in infrastructure,social environment,and economic development,and therefore proposed corresponding improvement suggestions.To sum up,through the research on the index weight and performance evaluation of Huantai County Chuangzhi Dream Town,we draw the following conclusions: Chuangzhi Dream Town currently lacks an effective performance evaluation system,and according to the requirements of social development,it becomes more and more urgent to establish a reasonable and feasible performance evaluation system.As a model of innovative and technological towns,there is still room for improvement in the construction and operation management performance of Creative Dream Town,which has not yet achieved the expected results and has not fully utilized its geographical advantages to improve the overall construction and operation management level.Therefore,we need to take measures from three aspects: infrastructure,social environment,and economic development to further improve the construction and operation management level of Creative Dream Town.
