Reciprocating compressor is a kind of large fluid machinery used for regulating gas pressure.It is also an indispensable part of measuring the development level of a country’s machinery industry and has an important impact on the economic development of the whole country.With the progress of science and technology,as well as the automation of modern industry,the reliability and stability of the compressor requirements are increasing,so the design of a set of compressor station can improve the degree of automation and equipment performance monitoring system is very meaningful.During the operation of reciprocating compressor,the changes of pressure,temperature and flow rate and other parameters are related to the running state of the compressor in real time.In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the running state of reciprocating compressor,this paper takes 2D-90 reciprocating compressor as the research object and designs a compressor monitoring system based on TIA Portal configuration.The overall design of the system is to achieve the main parameters of the compressor through PLC collection,data processing,data query,status display and remote control and other monitoring functions.Using MPI,PROFIBUS DP and PROFINET three communication protocols respectively to achieve PLC and PC communication,PLC and touch screen and frequency converter communication,PC and touch screen communication.Through TIA Portal software in the upper computer designed the human-computer interaction interface and PLC control program,and then use PLC and touch screen to achieve the control purpose,finally completed the compressor monitoring system.Through simulation and experiment,it is proved that the system can monitor the working state and parameter change of the reciprocating compressor in real time,and realize the adjustment of the equipment running state,so that the stability of the reciprocating compressor can meet the actual production requirements.
