Under the flexible and changeable characteristics of modern battlefield,the explosiveness of large-caliber artillery in a short time is particularly important.Most of the explosiveness of artillery comes from the fast or slow firing rate of artillery,and most of the fast or slow firing rate of artillery comes from the loading and supply speed of ammunition.The reliable and fast new supply and loading mechanism has a great change to improve the explosiveness of modern large-caliber artillery.At home and abroad,there are various schemes for the supply and loading of fixed ammunition,but the efficiency of the method for the supply and loading of large-caliber sub-loaded ammunition is still low.Based on this,this paper takes the rapidity of ammunition supply and loading as the characteristic to design and study the mechanism of large-caliber gun supply and loading system.Firstly,this paper mainly takes the 155 mm self-propelled gun as a reference research,analyzes the mechanism principle of the feeding and loading ammunition system,and lays out the position relationship,extension length and width,and avoidance position of each subsystem mechanism in the limited space of the turret,and designs the subsystem mechanism and makes time sequence diagram to ensure the high efficiency of the action.Secondly,a detailed design,decomposition and calculation of the artillery supply and loading system were carried out,and the inverted supply mechanism was designed for the artillery supply and loading part.The strong compressibility and overlap of the inverted mechanism on space and time were used to reduce the supply cycle time of the artillery.In view of the repetitiveness of the sub-loading ammunition conveying mechanism leading to long supply time consumption,the combined rod and chain conveying mechanism was designed.And design a new ammunition storage bin combining ammunition storage plate and ammunition storage bin to ensure the stable and fast speed of ammunition bin under continuous firing and the horizontal ammunition bin filling ammunition cumbersome and slow innovation improvement.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of ammunition bin under the condition of high rate of fire,the friction and wear experiment of roller sprocket and ammunition chain is carried out.At the same time,the driving power source of each subsystem is calculated and the appropriate type and parameters are determined.Finally,ADAMS dynamics simulation software is used to conduct further kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis of the Solidworks 3D model designed.Through theoretical calculation and function writing,kinematics analysis of each subsystem mechanism is carried out.At the same time,joint dynamic characteristics analysis is made for the projectile and cartridge in the whole process of supply and delivery.Verify the rationality and feasibility of the design mechanism.
