Research On The Reconstruction Design Of Old Industrial Zones From The Perspective Of Urban Regeneration

The 14 th Five Year Plan clearly points out the need to improve the overall construction quality of the city,shifting from incremental construction to upgrading and upgrading.The old industrial areas,which occupy an important position in urban land use,have become the focus of transformation.At present,there are development difficulties in the old industrial zone,such as a single transformation model,insufficient vitality of the park,and a decline in subsequent development.Urban regeneration is the essence summarized from the half century long process of urban construction in Western cities,aiming to adopt a comprehensive and holistic design strategy to solve various problems in urban construction and achieve site regeneration.The article first clarifies the research object and defines relevant concepts,using urban regeneration theory as the entry point,and summarizes the current situation and problems of old industrial zones.Secondly,drawing on the relevant theoretical and practical achievements of the transformation of old industrial parks at home and abroad,the transformation strategies are proposed for the regeneration of industrial context,site vitality,landscape ecology and other issues in the development of old industrial parks.The specific strategies are as follows: Firstly,for the existing building classification of the site,different renovation plans should be formulated,and the cultural history of the site should be integrated into the renovation construction,giving new significance to the old industrial zone.Secondly,reshape the internal and external transportation of the old industrial zone,strengthen connections with the surrounding areas,guide citizens and tourists through abundant public spaces and community activities,and provide them with a comfortable space for rest,reading,exhibition,and entertainment.Thirdly,for the protection and reuse of the existing natural ecology,industrial structures,and materials of the site,modern design techniques are used to achieve artistic metaphors and representations of industrial scenes.Finally,the theory of urban regeneration will be applied to practice.Taking the Wuhan Iron and Steel Industrial Park as an example,after on-site research,the current situation of the site will be summarized,analyzed,and summarized,and transformation strategies will be formulated for plan design.It is expected to create a public space with industry,culture,vitality,and nature,and form a sustainable virtuous cycle.At the same time,it will provide theoretical reference and practical basis for similar situations in old industrial areas.
