Design And Practice Of Indoor Rehabilitation Training For Stroke Patients Based On Living Space

According to the data released by the National Stroke Prevention and Treatment Working Group,the incidence rate of stroke in China is 39.9%,ranking first in the world.This disease has seriously harmed the cognitive function,motor function and speech function of patients,so it is necessary to strengthen the home rehabilitation training of stroke patients after surgery to avoid the recurrence of secondary injury.There are often many problems in the living space of stroke patients,such as safety and convenience,spatial layout,barrier-free and other aspects still exist.This study will focus on the analysis of excellent stroke rehabilitation space design cases at home and abroad,and summarize the types of stroke living space rehabilitation training and the bearing ways of specific furniture,in order to provide reference for further improving stroke patients’ home rehabilitation living space.Through the analysis of the physical and mental changes of stroke patients in home rehabilitation,and with the help of the existing case summary summed up the spatial layout,functional configuration and visual environment and other aspects of inspiration,and finally applied to the design.The specific research contents are as follows: Firstly,the status quo of home rehabilitation design for stroke patients after surgery is systematically analyzed at home and abroad,and the national and industrial standards for this subject are summarized at home and abroad.Thus,it is concluded that there are problems in the design of stroke home rehabilitation,such as lack of accessibility,vague rehabilitation exercise,home environment depression,and so on.This paper will make corresponding design for these problems;Secondly,the changes in the physical and mental function of stroke patients after surgery were taken as the starting point of the research,and the key points of the inconvenience caused by the patients’ speech disorders,movement disorders and cognitive disorders to life were analyzed.In addition,scientific research is carried out on the existing reconstruction cases,and analysis and discussion are carried out from the perspective of patients from multiple dimensions such as daily life,rehabilitation and exercise,and emotional cultivation.On this basis,using the method of case analysis,in-depth exploration of the problems existing in home rehabilitation of stroke patients,put forward the corresponding countermeasures;Thirdly,based on the case study,various problems that need to be optimized in home rehabilitation exercise were analyzed,barrier-free,scientific and safe treatment was carried out for the existing space functions,human flow lines and furniture furnishings,etc and design strategies suitable for the living and rehabilitation of stroke patients were proposed,including clear division of functional zones,reasonable arrangement of human flow lines and prevention of glare.Pay more attention to the size of furniture,open and close the way to take,edge smooth processing;Finally,based on the theory of combining daily life with home rehabilitation,indoor rehabilitation training design research for stroke patients based on living and living space was conducted to classify patients who live alone and take care of themselves and those who live together and take care of themselves,so as to improve the living and rehabilitation experience of the overall living space.This study is based on the indoor rehabilitation training space design for stroke patients in the living and living space.On the one hand,based on the development of home rehabilitation training for stroke patients,it actively draws on the experience of excellent cases at home and abroad,and combines the theoretical research results with the design of home rehabilitation training after stroke surgery.On the other hand,from the aspects of human flow line,functional zoning,furniture furnishings,exercise equipment and so on,a complete set of research system based on the design of home exercise rehabilitation for stroke patients after surgery has been formed.This study is beneficial for patients to carry out home rehabilitation exercise after surgery,so as to gradually restore the functions of the patient and return to society as soon as possible.
