Research On Maintenance Strategy Decision Making Optimization Of RCM Based On Delay Time Model

The decision of maintenance strategy is the core content of production equipment maintenance management.The deviation of equipment maintenance strategy not only seriously affects the reliable operation of production equipment,but also may have adverse effects on the economy of maintenance activities and the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,scientific maintenance strategy decision method plays an extremely important role in the maintenance management of modern manufacturing industry.There are some problems in traditional equipment maintenance management,such as incomplete maintenance strategy,unclear decision logic of maintenance strategy,maintenance management mainly based on maintenance experience,and lack of scientific and systematic maintenance strategy decision method.Based on the Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM),a modern maintenance management method,this paper is based on the Delay Time Model(DTM)of two-stage operation state changes of equipment.For the purpose of optimizing the maintenance decision method,a DTM-RCM maintenance decision method integrating qualitative analysis of RCM and quantitative analysis of DTM is proposed,which is researched from the following three aspects:(1)Research on RCM and DTM Maintenance Decision MethodsResearch on RCM maintenance decision process methods and based on the research on the theoretical basis,decision-making logic,and decision-making elements of RCM maintenance decision-making,the problems in RCM maintenance decision-making are proposed.(2)Research on RCM and DTM Maintenance Decision-making OptimizationBased on the cognitive foundation of RCM and DTM maintenance decision-making research,identify the characteristics of RCM and DTM maintenance decision-making methods,analyze the optimization requirements of RCM and DTM maintenance decisionmaking,and based on the common principles of RCM and DTM maintenance decisionmaking for the functional failure development of conditional maintenance strategies,propose to integrate the characteristics and advantages of RCM maintenance decision-making and DTM maintenance decision-making methods,and establish a DTM-RCM maintenance decision-making optimization model,Clarify the theoretical basis,decision-making logic,decision-making elements,and implementation methods of DTM-RCM maintenance decision-making methods,and complete RCM maintenance decision-making optimization based on the delay time model(3)An Empirical Study on DTM-RCM Maintenance Decision OptimizationBased on the maintenance decision of manufacturing equipment assets,the effectiveness of the DTM-RCM maintenance decision is demonstrated from reliability and economic benefits through the application of the DTM-RCM maintenance decision of the main drive motor of the saw chain assembly machine.
