As the country attaches great importance to the conservation and utilization of resources and energy,environmental protection,etc.,the green concept has penetrated into various industries.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the construction industry is characterized by large consumption of resources and energy and serious environmental impact,so it should be more responsive to the requirements of the development of the times and must transform and upgrade to take up the responsibility of protecting the environment and consider for the long-term interests of people.Promoting the green development of public buildings can help achieve the goal of green development and form a harmonious coexistence between human and nature.However,most of the research results of the existing public building evaluation index system are about the four sections and one environmental protection,which cannot fully meet the current level of green building development and cannot effectively reflect the green performance and energy saving and emission reduction effect of public buildings.Therefore,the research on the evaluation of greenness of public buildings is of great significance.This paper takes public buildings as the research object and assesses the greenness from three aspects: evaluation index system,evaluation model and actual engineering.Firstly,the characteristics of public buildings and the concept of greenness are introduced,the factors that constrain the development of green buildings in China are analyzed,and the theory of sustainable development is elaborated.Secondly,based on literature analysis method to initially select indicators,design questionnaires,optimize indicators,passed reliability and credibility tests,established indicator system using principal component analysis and interpreted the indicator system.Secondly,the evaluation of the greenness of public buildings was carried out based on the EAHP-cloud model evaluation method.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several common weighting methods,the hierarchical analysis method has a great advantage in calculating weights,and combined with the topologic theory,the topologic hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the index weights.Finally,this paper selects the cloud model as the evaluation method for studying the greenness of public buildings,which quantifies and analyzes the indexes and shows the evaluation results in the form of cloud diagrams,and the evaluation results are both intuitive and accurate.Based on the above basis,this paper takes the Yangzhou HB project as an example and uses the constructed EAHP-cloud model to evaluate the greenness of this construction project.The final comprehensive evaluation results are consistent with the actual results,indicating the applicability and scientificity of the greenness evaluation model of public buildings established in this paper,which can,to some extent,provide a basis and reference for relevant departments,enterprises,etc.,and promote the green development of public buildings.
