| With the continuous growth of cultural heritage fever,the preservation and renewal of modern historical architectures has gradually become a topic of concern.As a unique cultural specimen of Chinese modern architecture,the modern historical villa in Mogan Mountain shows the architectural characteristic,social culture and technological development in a specific period and region,also is an important reference for the development of western architecture in the localization.In recent years,with the expansion of Mogan Mountain’s effect and the continuous influx of commercial economy into the scenic spot,the emergence of blind commercialization and homogenization has triggered the crisis of unbalanced relationship between tradition and modernity;disorder in the perception of historical and cultural values;and crisis in the inheritance of regional civilization,etc.The modern historical villa community in Mogan Mountain needs to be reconstructed and revived.The experience economy focuses on the experience process rather than the final output in economic activities,emphasizes the user’s participation and emotional needs,and perfects the creativity in the experience process to achieve the experience value,providing a new thinking field for the future lifestyle.Based on the rapid development of the experience economy and the demand for the renewal of modern historical villa communities in Mogan Mountain,this paper applies the theory of experience economy to the renewal design of historical villas,which will change the renewal of historical buildings from the material level to the level of combining material and spirit.This work will present the cultural information of the site in a more personalized,diversified and diverse mode,properly handling the balance between historical preservation and commercial development,as will as providing a new perspective for study.Based on the background of the times,this paper firstly identifies the theories related to experience economy,analyzes the development trend of modern historical villas in Mogan Mountain and the experience factor,puts forward the reasonable demand of combining experience economy and historical villas,and clarifies the value of experience for consolidating the internal and external dynamics of renewal.Secondly,on the basis of literature review and field survey,the villas were classified into three categories from the functional level: traditional exhibition,cultural residence,and abandoned vacancy.and the information on the current situation of the modern historical villas in Mogan Mountain is summarized in terms of historical environment background,architectural community characteristics and existing spatial quality,summarize the current problems of villa communities,analyze the causes of the problems and formulate follow-up strategies.Finally,combining the theory mentioned above with the current situation of the space,and drawing on the corresponding experience economy concept according to the actual situation of the site,with the goal of excavating and inheriting the core value of historical villa culture and reconstructing the value system of modern historical villas in Mogan Mountain,this paper propose three levels of optimization,namely "manifesting the purpose of site construction","improving the multi-experience system" and "organizing the symbiosis of old and new modes".With the "core" of preserving the characteristics and integrity of the site,we construct a macroscopic to microscopic experience and perception system,then form a diverse cultural colony with regional characteristics through revitalization and renewal.At the same time,the project based on the Luhuadang area in Mogan Mountain,and the design of the specific space is elaborated in order to test the relevant strategies as well as provide practical reference for the renewal of modern historical buildings in the future. |
