Study On Conservation And Renewal Design Of Baoyan Ancient Town In Zhenjiang City Under The Background Of Cultural And Tourism Intergration

Historical ancient towns are commercial centered market towns formed by a single rural settlement or multiple rural settlements in traditional Chinese society due to transportation,military and other reasons.In addition to the differences between ancient towns and ancient villages in population and area,the most significant difference between ancient towns and ancient villages is that ancient towns are commercial centers of a region in history,while traditional villages usually have only residential functions.It lacks commercial function.In the process of development,many historical towns in China have given birth to many cultures,such as merchant culture,water transport culture and imperial examination culture,which are important carriers of Chinese traditional culture.Due to the continuous advancement of China’s urbanization process,the historical culture of these historic towns with rich cultural heritage is also disappearing and disintegrating with the migration of population from villages to cities.The protection of historical towns and traditional Chinese culture is an important issue that needs to be solved in the current society.With the gradual implementation of the strategic deployment of "promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism" by the CPC Central Committee and the adherence to the "cultural confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics" proposed by the CPC Central Committee,the comprehensive integration of culture and tourism has brought new opportunities for the protection and renewal of historic towns.Baoyan Ancient Town of Zhenjiang City is located in the south of the Yangtze River Delta,in the core metropolitan circle,through the development of cultural tourism can promote the effective dissemination of ancient town culture,while driving the local economic growth of Baoyan Ancient town,economic growth generated funds can further support the protection,renewal design and construction of Baoyan Ancient town.This topic is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and the overall technical route of the article.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical review of the integration of culture and tourism as well as the protection and renewal of ancient towns.At the same time,the research on the protection and renewal of ancient towns in China is combed.The third chapter conducts in-depth field investigation and research on Baoyan Ancient town,from the historical evolution,folk culture and other basic overview of the town,the investigation and research of cultural relics buildings,historical and cultural buildings,as well as the spatial layout,roof,wall,tile surface modeling of historic buildings in the town.Based on the previous theoretical research and field investigation,the fourth chapter formulated the protection and renewal design strategy of Baoyan Ancient Town,mainly from the protection and renewal of the overall spatial pattern,the protection and renewal of historical buildings,as well as the protection strategy of the institutional rationale.The fifth chapter,based on the previous research,carries out the design of the protection and renewal practice scheme of Baoyan Ancient Town in Zhenjiang under the background of cultural and tourism integration,and forms the final conclusion.
