In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, consumers’ demand for automobiles is increasing, but environmental pollution and other issues also follow. In this regard, the Chinese government and automobile manufacturing enterprises attach great importance to the development of new energy vehicles. With the in-depth understanding and understanding of the concept of environmental protection and lowcarbon economy, and the increasing awareness of environmental protection,China will vigorously develop green and energy-saving electric vehicles and products to meet the growing demand of domestic consumers in the future; At the same time,it will also promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional fuel vehicle industry towards new hybrid vehicles. Therefore,in the field of new energy vehicles, the competition between the supply chain and traditional internal combustion engine vehicles will be more intense. As a product that can replace traditional vehicles, new energy vehicles have emerged in the market environment, effectively alleviating environmental pollution and energy issues, and have become the future development direction of the automotive industry. Therefore, the government has promulgated a "dual point" policy to encourage the development of new energy vehicles, and automakers have also responded to the national green and sustainable development policy.According to the government’s dual credit policy, this article explores a dual tier supply chain consisting of a new energy battery supplier and two automotive manufacturers. It addresses the impact of issues such as prices, emissions reductions for fuel vehicles, and the range concerns of new energy vehicle manufacturers on vehicle demand.By using different coordination methods to make optimal decisions on the automotive supply chain, the impact of the credit policy on the automotive industry is studied. The research results show that:(1)Increasing the concern of automobile manufacturers about their endurance can effectively increase the sales price and demand for new energy vehicles;(2)Increasing the score ratio and score accounting coefficient can effectively improve the endurance of new energy vehicles and promote the development of the new energy vehicle industry;(3)Compared with decentralized decision-making,under the coordination mechanism of cooperative games, each member obtains higher profits through the distribution of surplus profits.
