| With the rapid development of domestic subway engineering construction,emerging prefabricated station construction technologies have begun to appear in the public eye.The construction technology for prefabricated underground rail transit stations is still a blank area for many domestic engineering projects.New processes and methods used in the construction of prefabricated subway stations are unfamiliar,and improper operation during construction can easily bring certain safety risks.The protection level of the main foundation pit of the station construction is high,and the underground continuous wall is used as the side wall of the permanent structure.The requirements for the perpendicularity and flatness of the groove section are high,and the construction process measures are strict.Prefabricated components in prefabricated stations have large dimensions and require high lifting methods and site requirements.Production,transportation management,precision control,and risk management of fabricated components are key and difficult points in construction,and effective measures to strengthen control are worth exploring.In response to difficulties in the construction of prefabricated subway stations in the city,long project construction periods,and complex information processing for prefabricated construction,relying on the three-story island prefabricated station project in Shangyong Park,Guangzhou City,BIM technology was introduced to simulate construction and combined with prefabricated subway station processes to conduct research on construction technology,lifting technology,risk management,and other aspects of prefabricated subway stations.The main research results are as follows:(1)The BIM model for prefabricated subway stations has been established,which has realized the in-depth design of prefabricated components in subway stations and the informatization process management of production and transportation of prefabricated components.The construction process of prefabricated subway station ground diaphragm wall serving as the main structure side wall and prefabricated support beam serving as the main structure beam has been innovated.By changing the construction method of traditional stations,the construction efficiency has been greatly improved,It has great economic and social benefits.(2)Based on the BIM three-dimensional model and animation,the hoisting space of prefabricated components in prefabricated subway stations was verified to assist in the installation control process accuracy.The safety analysis of gantry cranes and prefabricated component plates was analyzed using finite element simulation,optimizing the intersection of hoisting and installation construction processes,reducing construction risks,and ensuring the safety of hoisting operations.(3)Research on risk management and construction control based on BIM technology has been carried out to achieve visual management of on-site construction risks.Quickly identify the location and category of potential safety hazards through the visualization function of the BIM platform;The use of BIM technology for progress management,work site application management,VR safety simulation,etc.effectively guides on-site construction management.This article combines BIM technology simulation construction with prefabricated subway station technology,complementing and improving the application gap of BIM technology,and also conducive to the construction technology and risk management of prefabricated subway stations,which has important practical and research significance. |
