| With the transformation and development of the social economy,the traditional monolithic consulting management can no longer adapt to this development speed,and the owner side in the field of engineering construction has put forward new requirements for the depth and breadth of engineering consulting,and the engineering consulting management is gradually extended to both ends,and the whole process engineering consulting comes into being.The level of risk management largely affects the service level of whole process engineering consulting,but at present,the implementation of whole process engineering consulting has not been long,the level of risk management is low,and many problems still exist.Therefore,the thesis focuses on the construction of the risk management maturity model of whole process engineering consulting and its evaluation,in order to help whole process engineering consulting enterprises discover risk management defects and find the path to improve risk management level.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:Firstly,the current research status and basic theories of the maturity of whole process engineering consulting risk management are systematically sorted out.Secondly,based on the literature research method and expert interview method,21 key influencing factors affecting the maturity of whole process engineering consulting risk management were identified in five dimensions: risk management culture,organization,resources,process,and external risks;Combined with the existing theory and practice to put forward relevant research hypotheses and construct structural equation model,259 research data were obtained by questionnaire method,and the questionnaire data were analyzed by using SPSS 26.0 software,and then the AMOS 24.0 software was used to analyze the validation factor analysis,the potential inter-variable effect and the main effect of the measurement model,and to verify the research hypothesis.Again,the connotation of the maturity of whole process engineering consulting risk management was defined,and a whole process engineering consulting risk management maturity model was constructed based on the OPM3 model and the structural dimension analysis was conducted;based on the established whole process engineering consulting risk management maturity evaluation indicator system,the AHP-cloud model method was used to assign weights to the indicators,and then the cloud model was used for a comprehensive evaluation to determine the whole process The maturity level of engineering consulting risk management is determined,and the improvement order is determined according to the time management priority matrix.Finally,the established evaluation model is applied to evaluate the maturity of the actual case-H project,and the maturity level of indicators at all levels and the maturity level of the project are derived from the simulation results,and then the improvement order is determined by combining with the priority improvement matrix of the risk management level of whole process engineering consulting,suggestions are made to improve the risk management level of whole process engineering consulting in five aspects: implementation and integration ability of resources,the social reputation of consulting unit,construction of legal counsel mechanism,degree of stakeholder participation,and external risk response-ability.By constructing a risk management maturity evaluation model for whole process engineering consulting,it can help owners assess the risk management level of engineering consulting units to select more powerful units on the one hand,and help engineering consulting units measure their risk management level and find out the weak links in risk management to determine effective improvement paths,which can provide a reference for further improving the level of whole process engineering consulting services. |
