In order to evaluate slope stability quickly and effectively, the widely used geotechnical engineering software FLAC3 D is used to evaluate slope threedimensional stability. However, the application of this software is limited due to its difficulty in building complex geological models. In addition, the stratigraphic information of the numerical slope model is usually obtained from the borehole, but the modeling based on the finite point data may cause the unknown and uncertain geological phenomena.Aiming at the limitations of FLAC3 D slope stability analysis and the low accuracy of traditional modeling method. In this paper,a FLAC3 D modeling method based on Matlab platform is proposed. And a method for constructing3 D geological model based on finite borehole and high-density electrical interpretation.Main works are as follows.By analyzing the data format when FLAC3 D imported the model from the outside,it was found that the whole model file was composed of grid coordinate information, unit information and model grouping information. The Matlab modeling process was developed with this format as the target, including three steps of terrain data input, grid division and data output, and the modeling program was written.Three numerical model examples ranging from simple to complex are designed.Extrusion method and Matlab method respectively can be used to model and calculate the stability coefficient of the slope. The results show that the stability coefficients obtained by the two modeling methods are consistent, which verifies the feasibility and reliability of the Matlab modeling program. In addition,by comparing and analyzing the process and efficiency of the two modeling methods, the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods and the scope of application are summarized.Using a combination of limited drilling and high-density electrical interpretation, sorting out the engineering geology of the study area, analyzing the geophysical conditions in the region, find the corresponding relationship between lithology and resistivity in the study area, finally, the high density electrical inversion section is interpreted into engineering geological section. On this basis,3D geological map is generated by combining 3D topographic data with engineering geological section, the three-dimensional geological map was then digitally represented, after the bottom layer is interpolated, the 3D solid model can be established by Matlab modeling program. The actual application shows that the simulation effect is very good, and it can fully show the real terrain and landform of the valley. Therefore, this method can greatly improve the accuracy and reliability of the simulation calculation.Based on the qualitative analysis of process mechanism method, limit equilibrium analysis method and numerical simulation method are used to calculate the slope stability of three sections with different groundwater levels. The results show that the higher the water level is,the lower the stability coefficient is.The steeper the slope, the lower the stability coefficient of the slope and the more unstable the slope. The results of the two calculation methods are consistent and the values are close. The stability of slope at different water levels in three dimensions is calculated, and the stress, displacement, shear strain increment and plastic deformation under different water levels are analyzed. The results show that the increase of water level will increase the stress of raw rock, expand the range of displacement and deformation, reduce the increment of shear strain and expand the shear yield area.By comparing the displacement curve of the actual monitoring and the numerical simulation of the slope,it is found that the change trend of the actual monitoring curve and the numerical simulation curve is the same, and the displacement and deformation are close, which proves the reliability of the Matlab model.
