H Research On The Construction And Application Of The Competency Model Of The Project Manager Of The Internet Of Things Enterprise Base Construction

With the advent of the era of Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,smart cities,and other forms of interconnected intelligence,it has had a huge impact on the transformation of traditional industrial parks under the background of smart city construction.As the person in charge of project construction,the ability and quality of the project manager largely determine whether the project can successfully achieve the expected results.H Enterprise is an Internet of Things ecological brand company.In order to meet its Double 500 image and align with its brand image positioning,it is necessary to upgrade and transform the existing industrial park.A project command center has been established to form a cross organizational project chain group.By analyzing the current competency status of existing project managers,a unique H enterprise base construction project manager competency model is constructed to enhance the project manager’s ability from a competency perspective and meet the high standard positioning needs of project construction.This article takes the project manager of H Io T enterprise base construction as the research object,and constructs a competency model for H Io T enterprise base construction project managers through methods such as interview,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis.Firstly,starting from theory,learn and draw on relevant theories and concepts related to competency and competency models both domestically and internationally.On this basis,the process and methods for constructing a project manager competency model are summarized and organized,providing reference for the subsequent model construction.Secondly,this article starts with the current situation of project management and project manager competence in H Io T enterprise’s engineering construction project,and finds that there is a mismatch between personnel and positions in the ability of H Io T enterprise’s base construction project manager,without paying attention to deep-seated characteristic elements;The training system is unreasonable and fails to improve the competence of project managers;Analyze issues such as incomplete performance evaluation and unclear career planning paths.Then,based on the project manager job responsibility system,this article uses behavioral event interviews to extract competency elements.Combined with data collected through questionnaire research,expert evaluation,SPSS reliability and validity,descriptive statistics,and factor analysis validation were conducted to complete the construction of the project manager competency model.So we can get the characteristics that affect the competency of the project manager of the construction of H IOT enterprise base,which are safety management,leadership,sense of responsibility,coordination and communication,training and guidance,stress resistance,result orientation,cost management,quality management,overall situation awareness,decision-making ability,influence,detail management,team management,organizational planning,innovation ability,desire for achievement,conflict management,initiative,professional ability,learning ability 22 competency traits such as dedication.Finally,the application of H Io T enterprise base construction project manager job matching,training system,evaluation incentives,and career planning was explored from four aspects.Optimization strategies and guarantee measures were summarized,which played a positive role in improving the various abilities of enterprise base construction project managers and ensuring the achievement of project goals.In the era of the Internet of Things,in the constantly transforming environment of most enterprises,building project manager feature models in the new era can better adapt to the new trends of industry development,fill in the exploration of this field,and enrich the theoretical research on project manager competence in the Internet of Things industry.
