| In recent years,the construction industry,which has experienced rapid development for several decades,has gradually entered its downturn period,and with the impact of the epidemic on the economy,construction enterprises of various sizes are facing challenges.With the arrival of the knowledge economy era,competition for talent is increasingly fierce,and the value of human resources has made enterprises increasingly aware of the importance of talent,so they need to abandon the original rough management methods and strengthen human resource management.Under the background of policy regulation,the construction industry is constantly affected by the market environment,and conflicts between employees and enterprises frequently occur,and the contradictions between employees and enterprises are becoming increasingly exposed.Therefore,facing the double crisis of the construction industry,how to survive in a tight spot and even seize opportunities for further development,how to improve employee satisfaction,how to attract and retain talent,is particularly important.In this context,this paper selects ZT Real Estate Construction Company(hereinafter referred to as ZT Company)as the research object,and combines the characteristics of the daily operation of the enterprise,summarizes and summarizes relevant literature at home and abroad,based on the demand level theory,two-factor theory and expectancy theory,through on-site interviews and questionnaire surveys,analyzes and studies the current situation of employee satisfaction of ZT Company,and finds that there are problems in work returns,work itself,work environment,and work cooperation.First,in terms of work returns,there are problems with unreasonable salary and welfare systems and narrow promotion channels;second,in terms of work itself,there are problems with unreasonable workload and ineffective performance appraisal,and unclear career development prospects;third,in terms of work environment,there are problems in both the office environment and the project department working environment;finally,in terms of work cooperation,there are problems with the failure to implement corporate culture,poor intimacy between colleagues,and obvious conflicts.Subsequently,for these several aspects,improvement strategies are proposed,respectively,from four dimensions: improving the salary and welfare system and increasing transparency,building reasonable promotion channels,arranging flexible work hours,formulating career plans suitable for employee development,improving the hardware facilities of the office environment,establishing a long-term mechanism for cultural construction,establishing a smooth communication mechanism,enhancing employee sense of belonging,and strengthening team building,to provide reference for ZT Company in improving employee satisfaction management,enhance corporate competitiveness,and help the enterprise run smoothly. |
