Water resources are one of the essential resources for human survival,and the natural resources on which industrial and economic development depends.The contradiction between water supply and demand and serious water pollution have become the bottleneck of sustainable industrial development in Hebei Province.Coordinating the relationship between water use and industrial development is the key to ensuring high-quality and sustainable development of the industrial economy.In order to achieve the sustainable utilization of industrial water resources in Hebei Province,the optimal allocation of industrial water must be considered.The research not only provides solutions to the problems existing in industrial water use and industrial sustainable development in Hebei Province,but also provides reference materials for other regions.Based on this,this paper does the following research.This paper studies the coordination between industrial water use and industrial development.Firstly,aiming at the coordination of water use and industrial development,this paper determined 15 indicators from the aspects of water demand and supply,water conservation and environmental protection,industrial sustainable development,input and output,and industrial development status.The combination weighting method based on game theory was used to determine the weight of evaluation index.Then,the coordination evaluation model called BP-CCDM and the coordination prediction model called GM-BP-CCDM were established.Finally,the model was applied to the coordinated evaluation and prediction of water use and industrial development in Hebei Province,China.The contribution of this study has been to confirm that the coordinated development level of water use and industrial development in various cities was on the verge of imbalance or barely coordinated,and the coupling coordination degree was in a state of slow growth.In the research on the optimal allocation of industrial water in Hebei Province,the influence of each element on industrial water allocation is analyzed from five aspects:economic benefit,social benefit,environmental benefit,water saving level and coordination level.Then considering the industrial water allocation under different conditions in the rich water year and the dry year,the optimal allocation model of industrial water use by industrial sub-industry is established.At last,the genetic algorithm toolbox is called to solve the model,and a set of industrial water allocation scheme in Hebei Province is designed.The research results can provide reference for the allocation of water resources in Hebei Province.
