Gantry crane is one of the indispensable production equipment in modern industrial production,which has been widely used in railway,port,production and processing fields.The gantry crane will cause shock phenomenon in the process of lifting of goods and braking of large and small cars,leading to more serious vibration,which has an adverse effect on the metal structure and operating mechanism of the crane.It has important engineering significance to take certain measures to control the vibration of the crane.In order to attenuate transient vibration rapidly,this thesis puts forward a measure to control crane vibration with dynamic vibration absorber,establishes a crane dynamic model,and analyzes the crane dynamic characteristics.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Establish the finite element model of gantry crane.Taking the 36 t gantry crane as the research object,the finite element model of the crane is established by using the APDL language of ANSYS software,the modal analysis of the crane is completed,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the crane are calculated,and the dynamic characteristics of the vibration mode corresponding to the vertical transient vibration of the crane are determined.(2)Parameter design of dynamic vibration absorber.Based on the finite element model and modal analysis results of the crane,the equivalent stiffness and mass of the vertical transient vibration of the crane were determined,and a simplified two-degree-of-freedom dynamic model was established.On this basis,a dynamic absorber was added,a three-degree-of-freedom system model was established,and the dynamic equation was obtained.The analytical solution of the dynamic equation was obtained by complex number method.The influence of dynamic vibration absorber parameters on vibration control characteristics is analyzed,and the optimization parameters of dynamic vibration absorber are determined.(3)Transient dynamics analysis of the crane.According to the installation position of dynamic vibration absorber and optimization parameters of dynamic vibration absorber,the finite element model of gantry crane with dynamic vibration absorber was established.The transient dynamics module of ANSYS software was used to calculate the vertical transient vibration of crane when the full load of crane is located in the mid-span position of main beam and the cantilever position respectively.The time-history curves of displacement and acceleration at key positions of the main beam are obtained.The results are compared with the calculation results without the dynamic vibration absorber.The results show that the vibration of the main beam is attenuated rapidly after the dynamic vibration absorber is installed in the main beam of the gantry crane,and the stability of the main beam is increased.The innovation of this thesis lies in the measure of controlling transient vibration of crane by dynamic vibration absorber.The research method and conclusion have certain engineering application value.
