| In recent years,Non-motorized Traffic has become an important carrier for people’s leisure and exercise,but there are problems such as low comfort.To improve the effectiveness of Non-motorized Traffic,it is of great significance to evaluate the suitability of Non-motorized Traffic and propose improvement measures.The thesis takes Non-motorized Traffic in Yingze District,Taiyuan City as an example for research.Explained the spatial characteristics of Non-motorized Traffic,and conducted surveys on Non-motorized Traffic facilities and residents’ satisfaction with the Non-motorized Traffic environment.The survey results showed that residents are the most concerned about the Non-motorized Traffic system environment and prefer lifestyle Non-motorized Traffic.To meet people’s needs for Non-motorized Traffic,POI interest points and GIS kernel density analysis technology were used to obtain the spatial distribution characteristics of lifestyle Non-motorized Traffic cores,and analyzed the Non-motorized Traffic facilities in high nuclear density areas.Starting from four aspects of Non-motorized Traffic quality,environment,management methods,and traveler satisfaction,a Nonmotorized Traffic suitability evaluation index system is proposed.The subjective weight,objective weight,and final weight are determined using the Best Worst Method(BWM),CRITIC method,and combination weighting method respectively.A comprehensive evaluation model for Non-motorized Traffic suitability is constructed based on TOPSIS.Three typical road sections in Yingze District,Taiyuan City are selected for evaluation.On the basis of quantifying the evaluation indicators and determining the weights,the distance from the evaluation object to the positive and negative ideal solutions is calculated by using Mahalanobis distance.By calculating the closeness between each alternative and the ideal point,the suitability of Nonmotorized Traffic in three road sections is comprehensively evaluated.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,several strategies for improving the suitability of Non-motorized Traffic are proposed. |
