The operational performance and running safety of urban rail vehicles and other attributes are closely related to the reasonable distribution of wheel and axle load.If the supporting load of the second system of the vehicle body can be effectively controlled,the wheel and axle load of urban rail vehicles can be effectively balanced,the performance of the car body can be improved.In recent years,the weighing technology and spring adjusting accuracy have been optimized and enhanced continuously.Aiming at the problem that the traditional vehicle body model is simplified while ignoring the nonlinear stiffness and torsional bending of the vehicle body,this thesis improved the existing mathematical model of spring adjusting,put forward a spring adjusting algorithm that is more in line with the production requirements,and optimized the traditional technical scheme and spring adjusting system.Analysis on Leveling technique of urban rail vehicle body.Based on classical mechanics,a four-point weighing spring regulating theoretical model is established,and the importance of spring regulating on locomotive running performance and the main factors affecting the uneven load of wheel and shaft are expounded.The goal of spring regulating is to make the car body reach a state of no tension,and the premise and operation plan to realize the state are pointed out.The characteristics of spring regulating are analyzed and the feasibility of optimizing load distribution is verified theoretically.Improved spring tuning design based on COOT algorithm.In this thesis,the expression and solution methods of the traditional spring regulating optimization model are analyzed and compared,and the relation between displacement and load of the mathematical model of spring regulating is fitted based on the least square method.The COOT optimization algorithm was introduced into the crowded distance sorting mechanism for multi-objective transformation,and was optimized through the backward individual renewal mechanism and disturbance factor mechanism.The convergence analysis and spring adjustment adaptability analysis of the improved algorithm were carried out,and simulation verification was conducted combined with the spring adjustment mathematical model.Test bench construction and upper computer software design.A weighing spring adjusting test device is set up,including lifting system,Lycra calibration system and data acquisition system.Developed the weighing spring adjusting system based on C# and introduced the function of related modules,realized the mixed programming of calling MATLAB algorithm,facilitate the modification and maintenance of the later program through the modular programming method,realized the precise control of the spring adjusting test bench through the electrical control system and the upper computer software control system.Finally,the accuracy and stability of the spring regulating function are verified by experiments.
