| As a fully closed transportation infrastructure with large traffic capacity and dedicated for automobiles, expressway plays an irreplaceable role in China’s comprehensive transportation network with its own characteristics of "fast and direct",but its adaptability evaluation has not been fully paid attention. With the continuous development of regional economy and the acceleration of population flow, some existing highways are not coordinated with the needs generated by social production development.Scientific evaluation of the specific adaptability of highways, identification of parts that are not coordinated with social needs, expansion and renovation, and active traffic management have become inevitable needs for the healthy development of highways.Based on the study of expressway adaptability, this paper points out that there is an inevitable relationship between expressway adaptability and its various influencing factors, puts forward the goal of expressway adaptability, and expounds the concept of adaptability evaluation.Based on the statistical data such as line traffic volume and traffic volume, and combined with big data such as electronic map and mobile internet, carry out adaptability evaluation from the perspective of access coverage, capacity load, etc.Based on the two aspects of internal factors and external influences, this paper comprehensively analyzes the adaptability of economic development, social development, road network scale, operation service and road network layout to expressway. For the indexes obtained from the analysis, the improved grey correlation method is used to select, and a multi-level evaluation index system for the adaptability of expressway is established. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the adaptability evaluation method. This article takes Guangdong Province as an example and focuses on studying the saturation degree of highways in Guangdong Province, combined with data on highway network toll collection.Based on the above evaluation system and methods, the adaptability of highways in Guangdong Province was evaluated at multiple levels, and the coordination degree of internal and external indicators, road network density, and road network layout of highways in Guangdong Province was studied based on coupling coordination degree.Based on the above research, propose improvement measures and suggestions for the highway network in Guangdong Province. This paper combines quantitative analysis with qualitative evaluation, and uses qualitative evaluation to assist quantitative analysis for comprehensive evaluation. The research results show that the proportion of road sections exceeding the adaptive traffic volume in Guangdong Province is 12.2%,and the expressway construction speed in Guangzhou,Shenzhen, and Foshan is significantly faster than other cities. The overall adaptability evaluation result of Guangzhou is "0.79",which is superior to other regions.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this article conducts a hierarchical evaluation of the indicators in each level from a macro perspective to a specific perspective, which can clearly reflect the specific problems of each evaluation object, and thus provide targeted improvement suggestions for each evaluation object. |
