In recent years, the rapid development of urban economy in China has accelerated the process of urbanization. In this context, the convenient and unobstructed traffic becomes more and more important. As a road network connected with urban roads and highways at the same time, the development of expressway network affects the development of urban economy and expressway. However,up to now,the research on the connecting line at home and abroad is not deep enough, and there is a lack of comprehensive theoretical research. The existing scheme of connecting lines lacks planning and design from the perspective of the overall development of the transportation system, resulting in the different trends of the traffic flow in connecting sections and the urban entry-exit traffic flow, which makes the cost of urban external transportation larger and is not conducive to the development of urban traffic. On the basis of research results at home and abroad are summarized in this paper, has carried on the thorough research to connecting line,it is concluded that the concept of joining line and line network, discusses the basic theory of the connecting line, including the urban form and its corresponding mode of highway transit was studied, and the function and properties of cohesive line are summarized. From cohesive group rationality, rationality, economic rationality, affordable service functions, environmental influence five aspects to build the evaluation index system, the index system of index is obtained by quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis combined with screening, covers five evaluation aspects, there are16 indicators, cohesive line is used to evaluate the most comprehensive and scientific and reasonable index system.Chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on order relation analysis of xuzhou join line network evaluation, this method is proved to evaluate the reliability of connecting line, and it is concluded that the current condition of xuzhou connecting line and the existing problems, and optimize the evaluation result,it is concluded that the construction of the connecting line and the maintenance of improvement measures,to connect the line maintenance and construction provides the reference value. The current situation value of the connecting line in xuzhou city is "very good",and the three indexes of road mileage congestion rate, multiple points of connecting line accidents, section regulation rate and the degree of impact on life need to be optimized.According to the optimizationresults, such sections as the entrance and exit of xuzhou north expressway on national highway 310 and the intersection of lianxu expressway on national highway 104 need to increase the number of ETC lanes at the toll station of the expressway and reasonably adjust the proportion of ETC channel and manual channel to alleviate the road congestion. The section north of the intersection of provincial highway 322 and times avenue from the traffic light needs a new road nearby to share the traffic flow of this section; At the intersection of national road 310 and national road 311,at the intersection of south yanan road and main crossing 1 of xujia expressway in economic development zone, and at the section of provincial road S003 12 km + 750 m,traffic lights should be properly timed and set up.And install illegal monitoring facilities, speed limit devices and environmental monitoring equipment to regulate the road, reduce the accident rate.In terms of the degree of impact on people's lives,it is mainly necessary to solve the problem of pollution caused by automobile exhaust, which can be solved by improving fuel, improving engine and strengthening administrative management. There are 26 pictures,32 tables and 94 references.
